The office runs very efficiently and everyone is very helpful. Dr Cavinatto was happy about my progress and gave me some great advice on exercises to encourage further improvement. Really appreciated the time he took to talk with me.

He was warm and friendly.
I was pleased that he gave me injections in the knees. I would have liked a little more time to discuss surgery options. I tend to forget things so I would hope that he would speak with my husband, who is always with me as I need his help. Overall I am impressed with Dr. Cavinnatp.

2 week post surgery for torn hip tendon repair
The results of the surgery! No more chronic pain, just normal post surgical healing now. Dr Cavinatto was helpful in explaining the process and what to expect for the next 10 weeks. He took his time, was friendly, and informative, upbeat. The staff in the office were the same, compassionate, friendly and uplifting.

Great Care from a Talented Doctor!
Dr. Cavinatto preformed Rotator Cuff surgery on me (a Senior), and it was a success! It is a challenging rehab afterwards, but I had good care and attention at MOS on Laser Rd in Southfield. 3 times a week for 2 and a half months (thank goodness for Medicare!) My daily life is GREATLY improved. God Bless to our Health Care Professionals!

He was condescending, dismissive and rude. Barely listened to the answer of a question HE asked. Much less have time for any of my questions. Will not go back to him. Have another doctor in the practice who is wonderful.

I strongly recommend Dr. Leonardo any knee surgury
My first appointment with Dr. Leonardo is on August 22, 2023, while I had severe knee pain, looking for an orthopedic doctor aggressively. I'm grateful to Dr. Leonardo for giving me the same day appointment. On my first visit, Dr. Leonardo created a very positive impression. He discussed all the options of treatment. He suggested to go for robot assisted partial knee replacement at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. I feel confident and scheduled my surgery on January 19, 2024. He and his office staff explained every step of the procedure. On my surgery day, I feel confident after talking with the health professionals including Dr. Leonardo at the prep room. He did an excellent job on my knee surgery and his support staff is fantastic! He is very conservative on prescribing pain medication which may have long term side effects. He is very kind, patient and listened to my concerns, he took the time to explain exactly what is happening with my case & what I can do going forward.

Great person
Love this guy!I had a return of a chronic issue I saw him for 11/9, and again 2/20. He came in and did a bedside procedure that made me feel good as new. Good bedside manner and communication skills. I’m a nervous dude but he explains things well and it was over before I knew what happened.

I have had 4 visits with Dr. Cavinatto. I find him to have no bedside manner. I’m a medical professional and know that half the exam is a good bedside manner; the other is technical. He seems to be in a hurry and has answered some of my questions as he was walking out the door. He may be good technically, but he definitely needs to work on better communication skills with his patients and be more aware of the anxiety and fears patients may be feeling during the exam with him.
