worst ever medical experience ever
Went in for 2 issues. Had a busted toe nail she was in a hurry to pop off like a bottle cap. My toe still looks horrible 8 mo. later. She said I would be fine to return to work in 4 days I work retail. No i could NOT return to work I could NOT wear a shoe. The other issue was a small callus I had removed & tested by a dermatologist. She argued it was a wart put acid on it and it got huge then said I had to have surgery. She sliced my foot about 4 in. when my callus was about a .25 inch. Needless to say I was out of work 4.5 months and had to see a top notch podiatrist that did some laser because I have nerve damage from her unnecessary slice on my arch . Nurses were brutal I told them they left stitches in, they denied that then I found stitches sticking out 3 weeks later that pain was brutal ripping them out with no pain killer. They over charged me I caught on my EOB's I had to request refunds. She keeps a dog in the office she picked up with gloves on while working on my foot!!!

Not a Good Experience
I visited Dr Leslie-Smith recently concerning high ankle pain. She spent less than 10 minutes with me, never touched my ankle and stated it looked swollen and would put it in a boot or give me a shot for pain when I visit again in amonth. I asked what did the xrays show that they took earlier and she stated she never looked at them. She finally pulled them up and stated nothing looked broken. Dr Richey- Smith is by far the worst Dr I have ever visited. She showed no concern or care to help. I felt like I was on a conveyer belt and she wanted to be done with me as quick as possible. I then had to pay to go to another Dr and happily they were professional and diagnosed my issue and treatment.

The Doctor and her staff are amazing and incredibly kind! Both my wife & I have recurring issues and she has been able to stop them before they had a chance to get serious. Both of us appreciate her knowledge and professionalism.

After 4 months and two surgeries to install screws and bridges that never healed. I went to Dr. Lesley Richey Smith for a consultation. She explained all that needed to be done and what she expected of me. I was very impressed with her confidence and straight forwardness. The staff and doctors at Wise health in Argyle Tx were top notch. They provided the best care I have ever experienced in any hospital. Dr. Richey Smith did an amazing job on the repair of my foot and ankle. After 6 months of her care and doing what she instructed, I am finally able to wear a shoe again. I am sure if I would have seen her from the beginning, I would not of wasted 4 months and gone through such pain and stress. I would recommend Dr. Lesley Richey Smith (the best foot Doctor in Texas) to anyone with foot and ankle problems. I would give her 6 stars. Thank you Dr. Richey Smith

My husband is diabetic and has total neuropathy below the knees. After 12 years of many long hospitalizations, Home Health Care and long-term antibiotics, we moved to Denton Texas and were fortunate enough to find Dr. Leslie Richey Smith. She was diligent to find the problem and fix it and she was able to do it without taking a foot or any toes. We will forever be grateful for her care, knowledge and enduring spirit.
