She was very thorough and caring. Took the time to ensure all my questions were answered.

Worst experience by a medical professional
Telehealth
Wait time was over 15 minutes.Terrible bedside manner, and zero eye contact while i was presenting my symptoms. She refused to listen or prescribe an antibiotic until forcing me to get labs done which ultimately came back negative. It was impossible to reach her to follow up with an antibiotic prescription, and she simply did not help me out, only made my symptoms worsen by prolonging my illness and withholding treatment. Non-professions and sub par medical practice at its best!

Very impersonal and ignored many requests for my self advocacy. Tried to push chest x ray when i had a routine sinus infection. Also refused to prescribe an antibiotic before demanding i go into an office to get swabbed for Covid and flu. I had already taken Covid rapid tests and tested negative prior to being “treated” by this person. I was on day 11 of persistent sinusitis, which i often get and know when it happens. She has terrible bedside manner and barely even looked at my face when speaking to me. Definitely do NOT recommend!!! Go to a competent doctor who will provide the help you need. “Stay sick” seems to be her mantra.

AMAZING doctor
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alexander. She is so caring, empathetic and always wants to make sure you are comfortable and heard! Any time I bring up a health issue, she goes to the full extent to make sure everything is okay- EVEN including calling me outside of business hours just to explain test results to me so I didn't get nervous. I am so appreciative and thankful to have her as my doctor!

Superb bedside
After over 20 years, my PCP left the practice, and I needed to pick a new doctor. I was long overdue for a checkup, when I found Dr Alexander. She is kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic, thorough, everything you want in a doctor. Her bedside manner is lovely, as well. You feel like you’re chatting with a friend during your exam. I hope she stays with the practice for a long time!
