She is awesome!
She always is up top of her game and figures out what’s going on. I would not trust another ENT Physician.

Wasted Visit
She brought two students with her into my FIRST visit and I have real bad anxiety, so I got so nervous I didn’t ask her any of the questions I needed to ask. The students just stare at you in the small room… she could have asked. She didn’t look in my ears, nose or throat. I have problems but I won’t go back to her. She wasn’t friendly nor was her front desk staff. The staff in the back was fantastic!

Dr Baker is absolutely a competent and wonderful doctor. She treated me better than I could ever imagined. Would recommend her to anyone that needed her skills. The surgery she performed was done with no pain and the post opt surgery was painless and so very much appreciated. She took an extreme amount of time with me during and after my appointments and surgery. I’m so very glad I decided to go to Dr Baker with my sinus problems. I can’t say Anouilh good things about Dr Baker

During my routine visit for ear wax removal, she discovered a hearing aid cap in my ear. She plucked it out - took perhaps 10 seconds at most. “This happens all the time,” she remarked. She charged $171 for the visit, PLUS $116 for the ear wax removal, PLUS an upcharge of $231 for the 10 second hearing aid cap removal. Total bill, $518. This is absolutely sticking it to Medicare. No sense in charging as much as you can if you can get away with it. I will never be back.

Dr. Baker is amazing. She worked through our insurance bureaucracy and the sinus surgery went great. Her nurse called my wife every hour, while I was in surgery, to update her. The staff at Tennova North in Powell were amazing as well. They went above and beyond for patient and family care.

I went here with one side of my sinuses always clogged up. After their being 3 hours late on my first appointment she tells me I have a deviated septum and gives me a steroid and a follow up date As of the follow up (1 hour late), the steroid did nothing, so she asks, "Well, what do we do now?" I don't know - maybe we should ask A DOCTOR? Suddenly she wants to send me off for a sleep study because she doesn't have enough information. I have no trouble sleeping. She's running up the bill
