Dr. Leslie Berghash, MD

I have a lump on my throat right at the clavicle. I went to see Dr Berghash and will not go back again. Within the first 3 minutes of the visit, he asked me the same 2 questions twice, he was either on autopilot or he did not pay attention to my answer the first time, either way it did not inspire me with confidence that he was the one to treat me. Additionally, he asked me 'Do you have a primary doctor?' I responded yes. He then looked at me like I had two heads and made a face and said, soooooo, what is the name. He asked me a question and I answered it. If it was not the answer he wanted, or if it was not a complete answer, it would be appropriate to just ask another question, rather than look at me and speak to me in a condescending way. I'm worried I have cancer and he feels the need to be sarcastic.

On my second visit to see Dr. Berghash I was disappointed. I told him about my experience at physical therapy. I told he that did not help. He didn't seem to care . He didn't recommend for me to see another therapists that specializes or has training or advance certifications in that area. He came across as o well, I don't know what else can be done. If you are a doctor of concern and a great doctor, you will refer the patient to someone else that has the expertise in that field.

Dr. Bergash is the best ENT I have ever seen. He is dedicated and listened to me and my symptoms very carefully. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Bergdash for close to 11 years. I have chronic ear problems and see him every 3 months. I use to have constant ear infections but under his care he has been able to eliminate many of my problems. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend him to anyone.

Br. Berghash was referred to me by my primary physician. I called several times to schedule an appointment. Each time I got a recording, asking me to leave a message, which would be returned; they never were. I also applied online with the same results. I am I glad that I found out that Dr. Berghash's practice is so unprofessional and unresponsive BEFORE I became a patient and really had a critical issue. I am going to find another physician who treats (potential) patients with consideration.

Dr. Berghash is a caring, compassionate physician who took the time to listen to all my ear, nose and throat issues. He formulated a plan for my care and wrote it down so there would be no problem remembering what he said. He provided written information on my condition so I could review it and made it a point to tell me to call the office if I had any further questions. I recommend him without reservation.

Stay away! Took 3 weeks to get an appointment, was charged the higher rate for a new patient half hour exam, even tho I was not new and was seen for about 7 min. Dr looked at my ears, nose, and throat and charged $510.00. Negotiated rate with insurance was $378 for office visit. Dr acknowledged "mistake" in charging for new patient, but I have yet to see my refund. If dr, looks in your nose, they submit charge as "surgery" Beware! My ins co found me other ENT that charge less for same exam.

Had vertigo and the dr. got me right in and I had physical therapy with Donna to correct it that very morning. I was very ill after from the dizziness and they had me sit in a room until I felt better and all the nurses kept checking on me to make sure I was ok and needed anything. I can't say enough about Dr. Berghash and his staff they are wonderful.
