HORRIBLE
Worst experience I've had with a physician in a long time. Extremely condescending, spoke down to me, shamed me for not coming in sooner, and overall just rude. Didn't have any interest in hearing my concerns or examining me at all, just made a snap judgement and spent the rest of the time shaming me and making assumptions. She should not be allowed to practice medicine if that is how she treats her patients.

I have seen her twice now and really like her. She is a very good dr and sees a high call volume daily. She still explains stuff and tells you how to prevent stuff from happening.

This is the 2nd time we have seen Dr Cottrell at Tanner Immediate Care in carrollton GA. She was extremely rude the first time we saw her, condescending, and has no compassion at all for her patients. We were in there for the flu. We all felt bad, running fevers, and she showed no empathy. She kept questioning us and basically arguing with us. I completed a comment card. Next visit - took my 19-year-old son. He was running a 104.7 temp. Again, she came in with the same rude attitude and was fussing at my son for not taking Motrin. I explained I had just gotten off work and he was in the bed. She started fussing at him again about being in the bed!!! She is awful!!! My family will NEVER see her again!! I cannot believe Tanner has hired her and continues to keep her on staff!!

Saw Dr. Cottrell at Tanner Immediate Care. VERY rude and uncaring! She told me to take Claritin but an x ray at Wellstar Hospital showed walking pneumonia!

My husband saw her on a late Saturday afternoon. He has severe asthma and COPD that had quickly gotten very bad. She was very rude and kept insisting he should have seen his GP the day before. She did no chest x ray and gave him a short script for prednisone and an antibiotic. When he wasn't better on Monday, he got in to see his pulmonologist at Emory. A chest x ray showed one lung almost a solid white. Needless to say, she gave him 2 shots and a breathing treatment, plus...
