If I could give zero stars I would. This dr is the most rudest, inconsiderate dr that I have ever dealt with. I don’t know why kaiser Southern California would even have someone like this working for them. Seeing the prior reviews of her I am not surprised at the service I received. I pay hard earned money for kaiser and do not accept being talked down to and it being implied that I am not in severe pain ( I have 2 bulging discs in my back) and that all I want is an off work order. This so called dr even had the nerve to hang up on me because she said our telephone call had gone 13 minutes and it was only a 10 minute call. When I told her I was not done speaking, she hung up on me. Kaiser needs to really take a look at who they hire to represent them and provide care.

I do not recommend her. She has no bedside manner. Stresses a patient out instead of helping the patient. Kaiser needs to really pay attention when hiring Dr.s, Kaiser building to fast and leaving patient care behind. Appointments are 3 months out can even see your Dr and then they give you a phone appointment where is the care.

Dr. Emery gave me the run around, sent me from one specialist to another, was rude, suggested my fever temperature was due to hotflashes instead, and stated that a sinus infection does not hurt enough to get a severe headache... She was very unprofessional and in the end did not provide me with the care I needed.

I recently met Dr Emery for the first time and I really loved her! She was very personable and professional. She was also very caring and easy to talk to. I tend to be pretty picky about who I choose as my physician. I was pleasantly surprised by how well she listened and addressed my health concerns. .
