Extremely Disappointing Experience
My experience with Dr. Sipahi was an absolute nightmare. The communication was beyond poor, with unclear policies that seemed to change on a whim. He enforced arbitrary rules without proper explanation or consideration. He has a complete disregard for his patients' well-being and seems to only ever talk about payment whether in person or over email. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Dr. Sipahi at all costs. I would give zero stars if possible.
