It’s a real shame that the front desk staff is rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. I cannot speak to the Drs abilities as I was completely turned off by the staff. I am an above knee amputee and just moved to the area looking to establish new doctor relationships, my doctor sent them referral, I spoke to coordinator this morning and was told to stop at office to pick up new patient paperwork. The woman at the front desk claimed I was giving her an attitude, after her telling me that I needed a referral- and me saying”is that not what we just went over”. She claimed I was the 3rd person that gave her an attitude today - I asked “could you be the problem?” She then had a problem with me not looking at her while she spoke. - I am near def in my left ear, she was wearing a mask and behind plexiglass, so I was turned so my right ear could hear her - she began talking to someone else there saying” see she won’t even look at me”. That was enough for me to leave.

Was a patient for 6 years. Front Staff extremely rude, set appointments without consulting patients first, when couldn’t make that appointment, huffed and puffed and started telling me how I should get child care. Explained my child is autistic and I’m a solo parent. NEVER looked to see if another day was available. She then called the office manager instead of working with me, she was worse than the front staff. Couldn’t be bothered to listen.Threatened me~threatened to call the cops on me. Said I was being aggressive ~ over making an appointment, c’mon. It’s too bad~ Dr Little is great as well as Mike. Front staff is extremely horrible!! When Sherri left, everything went down hill. Unless you have no life, no children and no job getting an appointment should be easy.

I saw Dr. Little when he was practicing on Port Charlotte prior to going to Englewood. I was very sorry to see him leave. He is an incredible Doctor and is very caring. It seems to be the norm that you see the Physician only every few appointments and see the "assistant" in-between at other pain management offices as well. I recommend Dr. Little to anyone with chronic pain.

Dr Little is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He has helped me manage my pain with medication and simple procedures. He is a pain management doctor, if you have a chronic condition he treats it. I think some people have expectations of walking away pain free. I appreciate that he was able to reduce my opioid meds and supplement with other techniques and advice

I have only been a patient for a couple months until today receiving unfortunate news that they no longer accept prestige health insurance. I am very saddened, because I really loved this office and the staff were very kind. I only bad the pleasure to meet dr. Little once. He was very nice. His assistant Mike is top notch! Loved him. I have a number of health problems many surgeries. Chronic pain everyday. Now I'm at a total loss. Many phone calls later to other pain management with no luck.

Dr. Little is kind, caring and the most compassionate Dr. I've ever seen (& I've seen many!). He is thorough, explains everything in an easy to understand way and his staff is always cordial, friendly and professional. He understands pain and all the potential ramifications in the management of such, giving patients all their options as well as treatment success. I believe you'll find Dr. Little as outstanding as I have!

Both my wife and I have seen Dr Little with the same experiences. At first, he seems very knowledgeable (and he probably is) but after the first couple of visits you only see him every 4th or 5th visit. Instead you see his PA, who is very nice but clueless. Scheduling for procedures is months out. He has way too many patients for a single doc. Doctor is very quirky. Staff seems ot be in fear of him and nobody even wants to question him on anything even on behalf of the patient. (Including PA)
