I have been a patient of Dr. El-Choufi for over 5 years. She is one of the most knowledgeble doctors I have met. Her communication with me and my husband (also a patient) is 5 star. I recommend her highly.

Dr. El-Choufi is absolutely wonderful. I have been going to her for years and she has taken great care of me and kept my thyroid in good condition. She is very compassionate and understanding. I simply love her and highly recommend her all the time.

I scheduled an appointment in October of 2016 and the first available for a new patient was March 2017. I received the paperwork from the office in the mail after I scheduled and it says to call 3 days prior to your appointment to confirm. I called on a Monday for a Thursday appointment and was told my appointment was cancelled and they would fit me in that week. Called back in the afternoon to find out they rescheduled me for the end of May. Decided to go to a different practice.

As a type 1 diabetic, I've seen Dr. El-Choufi once in the past 3 years. I've had 8 appointments in these 3 years that have all been cancelled by her. I was out of refills so I called her nurse on Friday and was told they would order insulin immediately. It's Wednesday and not only has my pharmacy not heard from her, I'm out of insulin, and she's aware. I wish I knew my blood sugar, but I can't check it because for the 8th time, her nurse has called in the incorrect strips for my meter.

While a great doctor, getting an appointment, even for established patient is almaost impossible. Would love to recommend, but rarely will people be able to get in.
