Excellent Patient Care
Dr Nisimova takes care of my uncles IM needs and is so thorough, sharp, patient and kind. He has multiple conditions and is not an easy case to manage. She takes ample time and is fantastic at managing his conditions and medications. Would highly recommend!

I was uncomfortable with her medical assistant's insensitive questions, and he did not back off when I said I would prefer to wait to talk directly with the doctor. I was also uncomfortable with my video visit because she was not in a private space. For a first visit, I found her to be cold and unsympathetic/uninterested in hearing my story and building a relationship. For this reason, I would not recommend her for a person with chronic illness looking for assistance with long-term support and management of a non-linear plan of care. However, she may be a fit for someone who wants a provider with a very direct style and clear about her expectations. She stated she would not be open to more frequent appointments and would not be able to respond to portal messages frequently because she receives hundreds of messages a day.
