Dr. Lianne Gensler, MD

After dealing with chronic pain in my hip and back for a couple of years, I was recommended to Dr. Gensler who diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis. She was extremely thorough in diagnosing and monitoring this condition while also being warm, kind, and genuine. Dr. Gensler is a very busy doctor and on the frontlines of ankylosing spondylitis research, but takes her time to answer my questions, evaluate current conditions, and discuss treatment options with printouts which compare different options. My chronic pain is much more tolerable after being under the care of Dr. Gensler!

I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis by another rheumatologist with whom I really didn't click. When I started seeing Doctor Gensler, I realized that knowledgable doctors can also be caring. She always takes detailed notes during visits and takes the time to address my questions and concerns. She is very methodical and makes sure to cover every topic on our list to unsure I get the most out of our visit. Her and her team are always on time and are very considerate of patient's time.
