Dr. Liby Mathew, MD

I have been with Dr Matthew for over 20 years, and now I seen her in November, lab work in December mailed me lab work in the begging of January, without a call to go over results needed medicine for a disease and waited 1 week to get it. was out of work due to this issue and refused to write a note since she did not see me been trying to get a teller health call in with her due to this and the earliest is April. tried to talk to her in the last 2 weeks and all I get is the nurse messages. can't even get one of them on the phone. very disappointing since she is treating me for the disease. been in pain for over 3 months now for something she could have taken care of back in November when I was in her office. now I hear she is leaving Crystal Run within the next few months but she will still see me with the April teller health call and the office visit in May. what is going on she was always on top of things and always returned calls herself.

She is the most compassionate person I have ever met. Her ability to know what may be wrong with you is unbelievable. She returns calls right away and is always patient and concerned about how you are feeling.

This was my first visit with Dr. Mathew. She was kind, courteous, explained options, offered additional information, and assisted with setting up some follow up appointments. Would definitely recommend.

I went to a lot of doctors over the years before I found her. She is quick - but thorough. She reviews your chart from one visit to the next. She takes you SERIOUSLY when you tell her you have an issue. No one else would approve a test I needed and she did without hesitation when she agreed with my need for it. Test turned out I had something wrong. She has been my physician for years and I’m leaving the area and the only thing I’ll miss is her. She is a brilliant woman and an amazingly competent and experienced doctor.

Was terrible she came in the room yelling, never saw her like that before didn’t want to hear a word I had to say.waited at least an hour to see her. All she wanted was to throw a lot of tests done . Anyway I left scratching my head not knowingwhat happened. Spent the next few months trying to get her to send through my blood pressure medicine the end of May was it I The pharmacy called did no good so I’m see a new doctor in June been cutting pills I have in half . Getting the headache and a little dizzy now . Holding on would never recommend her to anyone

Dr. Mathews is one of the best, Had a lot of different doctors in my life time. She tops the rest. Understanding, caring, knows what's best for you. She is highly respected by me.
