Dr. Liet Le, MD

Not sure how this doctor got a good rating. 9-10 months ago I saw Dr Le for some flakey patches on my face. He said no treatment required. 6 mo later on a follow-up, he did a biopsy and they were determined to be Squamous cell carcinoma. Nurse called me to give diagnosis and make an appointment for a mose procedure. I told her that I had an appointment in 2 weeks and she said that would be fine. At the scheduled appointment, I was told appointment was for follow-up only and would have to reschedule procedure. This doctor and his scheduler are both incompetent.

The one time I saw Dr. Le he seemed inconvenienced by deigning to see a patient. Though other doctors and PA's were more pleasant the office was poorly run and hard to communicate with.

Dr. Le is informative, thorough, and has good bedside manners. His office personnel isn’t as competent as expected of a referred practice from another doctor. An appt. for surgery was scheduled months ahead of time after two visits of consultation, lab result, and next steps discussion with a scheduled surgery date. Now the office is stating the third appt. is another regular visit. WTH?!! So disrespectful. Letting the referrer know what’s going on.

I have been going to Dr. Le for many years. He is great. I cannot say the same about his office staff. Calling to get or change an appointment is a pain. The phone will ring for several minutes and eventually you get voice mail. Problem is they never call back.

Told my husband his time was over when he asked him to look at a suspicious mold.

Dr. Le was very friendly and thoughtful. He explained everything thoroughly and displayed patience answering many questions. He seemed to have a genuine altruistic attitude towards his patients.

It was terrible! The assistant who walked me in had little or no eye contact with me. And, Dr. Liet was plain rude. You don't shame your patients for not knowing certain things. Most patients that walk through your door are in need of help and answers to get their situations taken care of. And, to top it off, my situation was not resolved today!

I have several treatments to my face on the Friday before Christmas. It’s been a month now and you can really see the difference! I received Kybella in my jowls and they have reduced dramatically. Getting all sorts of compliments. The Defyne around my lips greatly improve the fine lines around my mouth. I am so pleased and can’t wait to go for additional treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Li and his staff.

This was my first visit with Dr. Le. He seemed to be very thorough with my diagnosis but will not return to his office due to the error made on my patient file by the attending nurse. Two examinations were added which were not done by Dr. Le nor was I counseled about them. I reported this to the staff but they denied that any error had been made and that I probably forgot that the exams were made. The Office Manager never returned my calls and nothing was resolved. Very unprofessional staff.

Was EXTREMELY disappointed with my appointment with Dr.Le. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, he treated me and my mother with such disrespect-I felt uncomfortable the entire time. He was rude, would cut me off, and said that he needed to "finish his spiel" before answering any questions. The questions that he did answer, were done in a sarcastic manner. Reluctant to discuss side effects pertaining to a strong medicine- it was very sketchy. Does not know how to treat patients.

I felt so at ease during my appointment! I had so many questions about my skin and Dr. Le was very thorough in his answers. I went in for a keratosis and skin tag removal, and have plans to go back for the Excel V procedure.

I will not go back to this office. I had to wait an hour after my appointment time to be seen. I had to have three biopsies done on suspected skin cancers. Dr. Le had a running conversation with his assistant during the procedures and did not explain things to me. He began the biopsy on my nose and I stopped him immediately because the area was not numb. I have been trying to reach the office for three days now to get my results. His assistant has not returned my phone calls.

Dr. Le is the best doctor by far to treat Acne. We have had the best experience. The best staff is also helpful and alway willing to help the patients with questions.

They were understanding with my pain tolerance and worked with me on an easier way to remove my wart.
