This was my first follow-up visit since I had part of my lung removed due to cancer.When I saw Dr. Tian it was great because she knew my entire medical history. She was very pleasant, professional and made me feel comfortable.

Since the 2010's and for Blood Anomalies, I have been seeing Dr. Tian for medical advice. Dr. Tian provided a clear medical analysis of my current blood anomaly. Also, Dr. Tiran agreed that my conclusions of the blood anomaly was probably correct. Most importantly, Dr. Tian listen to my health concerns and provide recommendations.

Dr. Tian is very thorough. She reviewed ALL of my medical records, asked questions, and best of all she listens! Just love her.

It is very easy to talk with Dr Tian. She asks and answers questions in an understanding and competent manner. She is very thorough and thoughtful in her analysis, diagnosis, and course of treatment and recommendations. I am very appreciative of the excellent care that I have received from Dr Tian and her Nurse Practioner, and nurses.

Not only is the staff friendly (the ones I’ve encountered), the other patients are too. We’re all there for the same reason and try to cheer each other up as much as possible.

Dr Tian is a very knowledgeable and caring professional. She is an astute listener to both my questions & concerns. Dr Tian was recommended to me via my pulmonary doctor and I am delighted that I took his recommendation in selection of my Oncologist for my Treatments….. Lastly, Dr Tian explains my treatment plan so I can comprehend key areas and what are my requirements as well. From the very beginning of treatments, I was felt I was part of a knowledgeable, caring Team. Her entire nursing team and staff at VOA are outstanding as well.

When one has cancer, finding the best Oncologist and ensuring they are the right choice, is always a concern. Pursuing due diligence, we sought a second opinion from Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore. Johns Hopkins met us with panel of 5-cancer doctors, specializing in surgery, chemo, radiation, imaging, more. They spent two full days testing, poring over our medical history and concluded with an interview. Let me just say: Johns Hopkins Medical Center agreed with the entire process and program Dr Tian had developed for our treatment. They would change nothing! If you want to avoid the 6-hour, traffic filled, road repair mess required to reach north Baltimore from here, KNOW that WORLD CLASS cancer treatment is available right here in Hampton Roads! I did a review for DR. Tian. This review is for the person who was working the front desk June 12,2024 when i came in. The Person their was soooo friendley. She was kind, respectfull to all of the patients coming in. I could not believe what i was hearing. I had to keep look around. She greet everyone with kindness and compassion. Outstanding

Doctor Tian took very good care of my friend. I was his POA. Sadly, he has passed away, but while he was fighting, she worked with us to give him the best quality of life with the time he had left. Dr Tian is very caring about her patients very honest about their situation and will fight for them in this red taped systems.

She is extremely knowledgeable of my medical condition, and more importantly, able to communicate very effectively. In addition, she listens very attentively to my questions. She monitors and interprets my lab tests and make the necessary adjustments where appropriate.

Follow-up. I love Dr. Tian! She always has my best interest in mind, concerning my treatment.
