I was severely ill with pneumonia
I was very ill with pneumonia, Dr Dalzell and her team from RN to PA to herself was the most excellent care I ever received. I am a veteran and so grateful how much care and expertise was given to me. Words cannot say enough. Thank you

Walk In Clinic Visit
I went in for throat issues...she was very thorough. I told her she checked on me more then my primary doctor had done for me in over 4 years. I have a return visit in 2 weeks and I am seriously considering changing her to my primary care. Her nurse and office staff were also very sweet.

Dr.Dalzell saved my life!
I have been coming to her for several years now as a Primary Care. I seen good reviews and I took a chance after multiple failures at other doctors that just treated me like a number. Back in 2021, I had a lump that was suspicious and many doctors would brush off. She was concerned and ordered a scan at Bowes. After that, it was confirmed after she got to onto an oncologist that I had stage 2 Lymphoma. I believe that if it wasn't for her knowledge and actually wanting to figure out what was wrong, things could have been way worse for me. She really wants to get down to what underlying issues you have and I feel like she really is part of my family. She is absolutely a gem and I will ALWAYS recommend her to anyone. Theresa at the front office is also great- and cant forget Lee! When I walk in, I feel welcomed and I know that I am in good hands! :)

I feel safe with DR Dalzell
Dr Dalzell has great bedside manners. She listens to your questions and I never feel rushed. Her office is so organized. I always get in to see her when I’m scheduled. Never had a problem with long waits. I’m so happy to have found her.

I came to see Dr. Dalzell for my COVID vaccinations. Her office was well organized and the staff was very friendly. I received both shots within the recommended timeframe. I would definitely return for further medical treatment if needed in the future.

Don't waste your time or money with this "doctor." Her dx of "traveler's diarrhea," landed me in the hospital. It was C-diff. She gave me azithromycin, which made matters worse. And then she said to take Imodium up to 16 a day. That is the worst thing you can do for my condition. I asked for stool studies, but they came back negative (billed to her office). I asked for the name of a GI specialist. "Technically, you're not my patient, so I can't refer you." Then I asked, "Can you give me some names?" "Oh there are lots of them," she replied. I was getting worse by the day: weak, bloody diarrhea and lost ten pounds. And then I got an email to have an appointment with her nurse. The receptionist answered the phone and said, "Your stool studies were negative." My husband took me right to the ER and thankfully I got a correct diagnosis after a month. And she wrote on her notes that she performed a H&P; I've never even seen her. The office was "closed" because of COVID.

SATISFIED PATIENT. – Feb 17, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Dalzell?
My experience with Dr. Dalzell's office was very negative. While I believe her to be competent, the wait time for me with an appointment has been over an hour once and over 90 minutes another time (apparently they "forgot" I was in the waiting room). Funny thing is the sign on the wall says to notify them if you wait over 15 minutes. Good luck with that. When I called and requested that she review my blood test results over the phone as I had a copy of it from Quest, I was told that she does not do that. I will find another doctor.

The staff is extremely professional, friendly and concerned for your well being. Dr. Dalzell is very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and keeps your health and concerns a top priority from the minute she walks in the door. Walking into Doctors4UClinic 10 months ago was the best idea I had for my health and peace of mind. Thank you to both Dr. Dalzell and her staff.

I saw Dr Dalzell for an ear infection. She was very courteous and answered all my questions. She gave me all the time I needed, unlike other doctors I have seen in the past. She didn't try to push anything on me that I did not want. I would highly recommend her.
