Excellent care from appointment to tests

I have diabetes and everytime I go to get my blood test, the staff are always courteous and professional. Like always, Dr. Shen explains your condition to you so you understand what's going on about your health. I always feel comfortable visiting her office. It is always a good experience.

Best family doctor in the area

With an appointment, the wait to see the doctor is 1 hr and 45 mins for an annual checkup . receptionist Jessica wastes patients appointment and slots in patients. I saw another patient yelling at the receptionist, and Jessica puts him in front of everyone else. Doctor Shen is great, but her receptionist Jessica will waste 1-2 hours of your life

There is no one more I trust than Dr. Shen with my and my family’s health. I first found Dr. Shen through my insurance directory in 2004. She’s the kind of doctor you want to have but your insurance won’t pay her at her worth. All her patients are lucky that despite the insurance companies’ bullying, her care and attention never equal to the amount of money insurance pay on the behalf of the patients. She always give her full attention and time to her patients when she’s with them. She always makes sure she return to the patients in each room as soon as possible even when she has to go from room-to-room to see multiple patients during each hour. This is impossible to do without compromising the care, but with Dr Shen you never get that. She is always patient and does the best for her patient. I don’t have any medical insurance anymore, but I happily pay to see Dr. Shen out-of-pocket at her standard fees because no other doctor will do except Dr Shen!

Dr. Shen provides wonderful Medical advice and services. Doctor Shen is very understanding and she seems to care a great deal about her patients.

I've been going to Dr. Shen for over 15 years. She's honest, not pushy, and provides compassionate care. I trust her and suggested her to my friends and family as well. The staff answering phones need to review HIPPA training though. They might say things out loud and other patients would hear it. Long wait times though, usually close to 1 hr.

Dr. Shen is a very well trained, caring and professional. She is very nice and detailed to the critical point. She is one of the best. For an old man, I took the time and traveled 25 miles to see her for the past 10 years. The Doctor earned a 5 star rating.
