She did not follow up with my health plan to prov.
She seamed interested and concerned, but follow through on the care plan failed. I hope that we will have a higher level of service going forward. Very disappointed at this time!

Dr. Loredo is top in her field. She is easy to talk with and was very through in answering questions and explaining realistic expectations. Loma Linda does not accept my insurance, Blue Shield of California, so I paid for the my consult out of pocket. The money was well worth getting Dr. Loredo's time and expertise.
