wonderful
I chose Dr. Lilian Otaloras Rojas in the first place based on her outstanding credentials and board certification in both internal medicine and rheumatology (look under the website of FL DOH at and at the website of certification matters, putting only first and last name: Lilian Otaloras), as well as her great patient reviews. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Rojas as a patient. In view of the outstanding service that she provided I felt it is important to write this review. The whole process, from beginning to end, was just flawless--from the very nice gentleman who answered the phone immediately when my wife first called, to the spotless and organized office and exam rooms, and finally the superb way Dr. Rojas took care of me. It is very rare to find such an intelligent, competent, professional, thorough, and caring physician such as Dr. Rojas. She took time in reviewing my records, and showed genuine interest in everything about my case.

The WORST
Long story as short as possible. My WONDERFUL Rheumatologist, Teresa, retired. I have been taking 2 medications, Duloxetine since 1997 and Pregabalin since 2005. LILIAN OFALORA-ROJAS”, who in my opinion gives QUACKS a bad name, decided on our first meeting of “3” minutes that she’s no longer filling my Pregabalin AND reducing my Duloxetine. If she had read my file she would SEE I have tried to reduce my meds several times in the past. She knows I can’t find a Neurologist or even a pain specialist in 2 weeks to fill my Pregabalin. She said I better get on it…… Really.Without my Pregabalin I’m bed ridden and in severe pain. Without my Duloxetine, I’m not sure. The major side effect of suddenly stopping Duloxetine is suicide. I don’t know that I would go down that path, but I guess she’s okay if I do. I undoubtedly think she is UNQUALIFIED in her position and I am writing Omni Healthcare with a FORMAL COMPLAINT.

Dr. Otalara took the time to access and diagnosis my condition, as well as look up various solutions. I was impressed and grateful how she included me in the final decision. I felt that she truly cared about me and wanted my condition to improve. I whole-hardheartedly recommend Dr. Otalara.
