I went in today for a 1:30 appt. I've been battling a chest infection and have laryngytis. I filled out all the necessary paperwork (I came in 15 minutes early as requested) and proceeded to wait. After 20 minutes, I was ushered into an exam room where I was handed a face mask (this was a bit much) but ok. The nurse took prelims (blood pressure, temp, etc.) and told me that Dr. Lam would be with me in a minute. 45 minutes later, I decided to leave. What a waste of time. Don't bother going here.

PLEASE, USE CAUTION WHEN VISITING THIS CLINIC AND DOCTOR. I WILL ONLY ADVISE THAT YOU SEEK ATTENTION ELSEWHERE. THE DOCTOR NEGLECTED TO INVESTIGATE AN EAR INFECTION AND IT HAS CAUSED LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL CONDITIONS. ONE BAD CHOICE TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO A PATIENT CAN SEVERELY IMPAIR THEM.
