Dr. Lily Liu, MD

I really like Dr. Liu. She’s wonderful and knowledgeable. I find her to be incredibly patient as well. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their PCP.

Dr. Liu made me feel very comfortable, and was reassuring that “we” would get to the bottom of this issue I was having. This type of language and approach made me feel supported by her care team, and like I wasn’t alone in dealing with this. The fact that she is so personable and warm is a huge bonus to what already seems like a highly competent and discerning medical practice.

Like some other reviewers, I was forced to switch when my long-time wonderful PCP retired. This has been the worst primary care doctor I've ever had. My health declined rapidly in the year that I had her, because of her incompetence - multiple misdiagnoses, always rushed visits, not able to refer to qualified specialists, never responds to phone calls or email. Basically if you are healthy and only need a physical, you can go, but if you have even moderate health issues, run away. In addition, she told me, by way of small talk in 2022, that she is "hesitant" on children's Covid vaccines (which are, by the way, required in many places now). I was in complete shock.

I went to get an order for pt because my dr retired. This woman wasted my time trying to make up illnesses and prescribe any drug she could get me to take for any if her imagined reasons. I found her to be the worst dr I have ever met.

I was with this Doctor a short time First appointment, a different Dr there gave me all my needed refills, and a lab slip. The lab tech stabbed me 5 times, fished around. and still couldn't find a vein. I told them I would schedule yet another part day off and come back. Imagine my surprise when I got to the pharmacy to be told that the Dr had *cancelled ALL* of my prescriptions. High blood pressure. Thyroid. Migraine head ache pills. What a caring Dr.

Dr. Liu is a wonderful doctor. Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. Unfortunately, her staff helpers are not. Several of them are dismissive, unhelpful, cold, condescending, and never give you anything but boilerplate responses. They will not lift a finger to help you in the slightest, especially when you are need of help. All they do is spout policies and procedures at you.

Doctor Lily Shen Liu is a fantastic doctor. She is pleasant and professional and I feel she is genuinely concerned with my well being. Her dedication to my good health has had a profound impact on my life. After a few years in her care I have learned to manage several very serious health issues. I could't say enough positive things about Doctor Liu and here dedicated staff. If you want to see a doctor who always goes above and beyond, then you consider seeing this superb physician.
