Concerned Daughter
My sister and I live out of state. Dr. Dubay was my mother’s breast cancer surgeon. My mother ended up having 2 lumpectomies and a mastectomy. Dr. Dubay and her staff are amazing. Dr. Dubay is a knowledgeable physician, a skilled surgeon, and an empathetic human being. Her willingness to take time, listen and thoroughly explain all my mother’s procedures was comforting beyond measure. I highly recommend Dr. Dubay and her staff.

Repeatedly interrupted me and told me that my lump that I've had for several months was non-existant, but completely missed it when inspecting me despite having an ultrasound report with exact location and size. Didn't seem to care that I can't lift my arms over my head or carry boxes more than 45 lbs. Appointment was less than 20 minutes and probably should have just been a phone call, since she claimed she knew my diagnosis before coming in. Getting a second opinion, despite running my fool head off just to see her.

Dr. Dubay was the surgeon for my sister and preformed 2 lumpectomies. I feel she answered all questions we presented and explained procedure thoroughly. Have not had any issues thus far.

My experience with this doctor almost cost me my overall health. During the pre surgery consultation, the doctor was extremely detached and did not appear to be engaged when answering my questions. Every response I received from the Doctor went " that's to be expected." After my procedure my wound became infected although I followed the doctors order to the letter, I ended up having to stay in the hospital for close to 2 weeks. My primary doctor referred me to a specialist due to the damage

Count on a lot of waiting room time. The upside of this is when you are seen, you feel like she's giving you her all.

Provided necessary surgery successfully and with minimum disfigurement. Beware of Providence Park Cancer Center staff. Have radiation or chemo done somewhere else. They don't even follow the patient rights form they ask you to sign.
