Dr. Linda Lukose, MD

First and last time I ever make an appointment with this doctor. Came in for a sick visit. Explained that daughter had a cough and that I was giving her cough medication and she cut me off to say well “ I would never cough cough medication to kids under 5” to which I respond it’s homeopathic and then she assumed it was zarbee’s which it wasn’t. Then proceeds to stick a stick down my baby girls throat without even explaining what she’s testing for and didn’t even talk our girl through even though she can follow instructions just fine. Very upset that she wouldn’t even ask us for consent for the tests.

Dr. Lukose is the worst pediatrician I've dealt with in the 8 years of being a mother. My first experience with her was when my daughter was just a few months old. She used the completely WRONG CHART and almost administered my daughter the wrong vaccines, she even ordered them from the nurses!! Had I not been paying attention and spoke up for my daughter she would have received them. My second experience with her was not much better. I spoke with her via TeleMed and she instructed me to immediately head to the ER for a non emergency. While speaking with her I was unable to get a word in when I clearly expressed that I didn't feel the need to go. I walked in and was met with awestruck nurses as to why I was even there. I exposed my 10 month old daughter to ER germs at the suggestion of Dr. Lukose for nothing. Needless to say, should I continue bringing my kids to RBK I will be staying far away from Dr. Lukose.

She is extremely CONDESCENDING AND RUDE! Plain and simple.

I've taken my daughter to RBK Pediatrics for years and rarely have a negative experience, but meeting with Dr. Lukose was different. We had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to see her for a follow-up appt! Once she finally came into our room, she appeared physically stressed & completely over the day. She audibly sighed, spoke to an assistant with such an attitude, & hardly listened to what I was telling her about my daughter's previous history. She "answered" my questions in the quickest, least thorough way possible, didn't even read forms from my daughter's school correctly, and chose to simply order a bunch of follow-up testing instead of taking the time to discuss & think through other solutions. The whole appt. felt extremely rushed and impersonal, & the only impression she gave me was that she wanted to get out of that room ASAP. Incredibly frustrating and underwhelming experience. I would choose any other doctor at the practice over her any day.

I took my son there for a physical and barely listened to anything I had to say, winded up repeating myself with her rolling her eyes as if she simply didn't want to be there. So glad rbk pediatrics has many other amazing doctors.
