Whole Body Approach
Have been a patient over 15 years. Dr. Schmid works well as a team member with my specialists and reviews all meds to ensure no interaction among them. She takes time to address all concerns in laymen's terms that you can understand. Has no trouble referring youto others who can help you, such as physical therapy, etc.

Trying to decide whether to go back or not
She helped me with a problem (by sending me to the right specialist) I had for a long time and several other doctors would or could not. BUT, she also yelled at me over a personal health decision I made. I appreciate what she did for me but I don't like being treated like a child, so I'm conflicted on whether to go back or not.

Dr. Schmid was fantastic. We had a lovely chat. She listened to my concerns, took a look at my medications, and developed an initial plan.

I've contacting the office 10 times yesterday and 2 times today. Not once did anyone answer the phone "we are busy". I need an answer on a charge after a recent visit and there is no way to speak to anyone. I can't believe this has happened on and off for 10 years. Have a website where we can contact you to find out what's going on.

I've been a loyal patient for 10 years. But now, I will never go back. I've had an ear infection for 30 days. Two appointments, two rounds of antibiotics. On Friday, my pain is worse than ever. I call the office at 7, and they say they will get back to me. I wait all day, for nothing. Finally they call at 4, only to refer me to the ENT. So now I have to wait all weekend with this excruciating pain? Where is your compassion? They should have called me earlier, so I could've seen the ENT TODAY!!
