We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

Very unfriendly, doesn’t update you about what’s going on. Acts as if you’re a bother to talk to. Very rude and condescending.

Dr Sung is the best of the best. She figured out how to help me and my husband get pregnant. She was easy to get in contact with and would answer all of our questions and handled all of our concerns. There is truly no one like her and I will forever be grateful for her.

Unknowledgeable misdiagnosed me and failed to make an action plan. Her comments are often passive aggressive and she mixes your case up often. She had me on medication I suggested and when I left and went to another doctor, I learned her treatment and diagnosis was incorrect.

I am so angry at this office. They have had my results for 3 weeks now and my testosterone levels are really high. I’ve been contacting them for over a week now about what my next stop should be in treating my hormonal issues due to my PCOS and they keep assuring me the doctor will get in touch with me within the next day of me reaching out to them, but she has never called me back. Terrible patient care and satisfaction

Dr Sung and her group are fantastic!!! She was so friendly and she is the ONE Doctor I can honestly say cares for her patients. Every visit she took the time out to sit and discuss with me what my next plan of action was. She is honest, Encouraging, thoughtful, respectful, and kind. Everyone of her staff were the same and it felt like a family. I did get pregnant after a while, and I thank everyone’s encouragement and love in that office expecially Dr. Sungs.

Dr. Sung is very nice and although she works hard to accomplish your goal of wanting to get pregnant, I found out from 3 separate independent doctors from 3 different hospitals that she should have stopped IVF attempts due to my previous failed pregnancy (baby's chromosome defective and didn't grow) and being 46 years old, that I should have looked into an egg donor which she never recommended. My insurance company (NYSHIP) even dropped them since they just kept on doing treatments to get paid.

Dr. Sung leaves a great deal to be desired when it comes to personal interaction and bedside manner. My wife and I have been patients of her for over a year. During what has been a very difficult and emotional process with reproductive issues, we have never once received a personal call or request for consult from her. She has pushed several procedures, one right after another, with very little thought about the timing or impact on my wife's health.
