I have been a patient of Dr. Tepper since 2018, and I can confidently say that she is an outstanding primary care physician. As a male patient, I have always felt comfortable and respected during my visits. Dr. Tepper is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but she also takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Her approach to patient care is thorough and compassionate. Whether it's a routine check-up or addressing more complex health issues, Dr. Tepper consistently provides excellent medical advice and treatment. She is attentive, approachable, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Tepper to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled primary care physician. Her expertise and patient-centered approach make her a standout doctor in her field.

Not too great
I felt like the visit was very rushed and she was very dismissive. Kept interrupting me and I felt like she wasn’t listening to my concerns/questions.

Missed Diagnosis
I have trusted Dr. Tepper for years, until this last illness. I presented with every sign of Lyme Disease except the ring around the bite (which doesn't necessarily have to be there). She misdiagnosed it and prescribed an antibiotic. Upon a follow-up visit 2 weeks after and feeling no better, she prescribed another one, which again, was not the correct medication. My complaint regarding muscle pain was not appropriately addressed, which caused me to have a severe loss of sleep.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment with Dr. Tepper was one of the worst encounters with a doctor I have ever experienced. She came in, I started talking and she cut me off to ask her own questions. She was so rushed and so nasty. I told her I do not want to take more meds for some back pain (my body my choice), and it was reaction was so rude. I mentioned I wanted to look into anti-inflammatory supplements like turmeric and she said there have been no studies done on turmeric. 2 second Google search showed all the studies ever done. She didn’t listen at all and made me feel so rushed. I had initially said I had a lot to go over and she got up to leave after the few minutes she spent with me. She also got very impatient as I was answering questions. Absolutely horrible doctor who need s to work on her bedside manor. I left my appointment and cried because I realized I didn’t go over everything I needed to go over because I felt so rushed.

While I have also experienced Dr. Tepper to be somewhat abrupt at times, she has also been one of the most thorough physicians I've ever gone to. I recently had an episode where I was hospitalized. She went through my entire report from the hospital carefully, made a conference call to my GI right there in the office with me there. Made suggestions for further tests which the GI responded positively to. When she calls to talk on the phone, she explains everything. Bedside manner, maybe needs more cordiality, but thoroughness, an A+.

I have been going to Dr. Tepper for about 20 years, and I can definitely say she is not like she used to be. Absolutely judgemental and condescending, she needs to retire. I am glad I am not the only one who feels they were slighted.

I would give zero stars if I could. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I was a new patient as my dr for many many years left the practice. Instead of her coming to give me my physical, she had her PA meet with me. She popped in for the last 5 minutes. Did not smile once or make eye contact. She couldn’t care less about any of my health concerns and shrugged off some issues i am having. She was SO condescending and rude, to the point that i started to cry while she was speaking to me. Again, she could care less and proceeded to leave the room two minutes later. I would never recommend my worst enemy to see her. I am not sure how pro health has kept her around for as long as they have. I will be contacting them as well. I am for sure leaving the practice after this.

Skimpy on face time. Chilly and distant. You sit on the exam table while she interacts with her computer screen.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tepper for a few years now. Each time I leave her office I have this horrible feeling that she dislikes me. She seems to be rushing ,goes to the computer, review my record. I never ever saw her smile NEVER Smile She is arrogant and condescending She lacks compassion and does not truly care about her patient .She has the ,worst bedside manner I would discourage everyone from enrolling as her patient .

I have to say without a doubt that Dr Tepper has to be the worst physician I have met. No eye contact, no listening to the patient, no patient Interaction except to her computer which she robotically just asked questions and typed answers. I waited for months for an appointment with my daughter, and it was urgent that I speak with her about my daughters care. She had nothing to contribute,h and she didn’t seem to care what I had to say. Then she was done, walked out and that was the end of visit

Dr Tepper ranks 2nd as being the rudest, most arrogant, unprofessional and condescending drs I have ever interacted with as a patient and professionally ( I’ve been in the health/ service field for 41 yrs ). She rushed through a litany of question, looking visibly perturbed at any answer I gave other than a ‘no’ ! Any information I attempted to give in hopes of facilitating a diagnosis seemed to illicit an expression on her face that was one of annoyance and distain. Enough said ?

I definitely would not recommend Dr. Tepper to family and friends. I was extremely disappointed in the services I received by her and through her office. She seemed disinterested and I was a new patient; she did not follow up with any test results. I did go back a second time giving the office another chance and again, she did not call back when I was told that she would as I had a question. There are certainly health care professionals who are interested in their patients - she is not.

Dr. Tepper is a terrible physician and person. On my first visit with her she spent half the time talking about her son's birthday party, then dismissed my concerns about being hypoglycemic. On a subsequent visit to get checked for Strep she joked that she hated me because I have 2 daughters (she has 2 sons). Totally inappropriate. Then, I spoke with her on the phone for an urgent concern - she was nasty and cold, so I decided not to see her.

I have NEVER been to a more arrogant or condescending doctor in my life. Not only was her attitude/bedside manner shameful, but her knowledge (unless just laziness) was non existent on anything I asked about...and these were not questions on rare occurrences. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, shook her head and rushed me out of the office. She was extremely short and biting in her replies. Maybe a bad day? Maybe. I did not need to use an hour of vacation time and pay $$ for this...
