Very Satisfied!
Dr. Eisler was easy to talk with and very professional. I am very pleased with how my surgery went and how well I healed. I have not had any of the issues that I had for years prior to surgery! I highly recommend!

Had to see a different surgeon to correct and fix the surgery she did to me. Also make sure you do your own pre-cert with your insurance for surgery. Got a bill for $17,000 because they did mine on the day of my surgery! Took me and year and a half fighting with the hospital to get the bill taken away!

Dr. Eisler is extremely rude, coming across as cold and uncaring. My experience with her, as well as online reviews, matched my impressions entirely. I didn't proceed with any procedures due to her demeanor and lack of empathy, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable

Ruined my nose.
Went to Dr. Eisler to have my deviated septum corrected. After surgery I woke up with right lip numbness. Not only did she not fix my nose but now I have more issues post surgery. When I expressed my concerns she was rude and dismissive.

Overall Experience- 2/5
So I initially went to Dr. Eisler in late 2022 because I was insecure about how my nose looked, no other reason than that. I’m a 6 foot four man 260 pounds and I had a Roman nose that had a severe hook on it at the top. When I sat down with Dr. Eisler for the consultation she assured me that all she would be doing was straightening the profile from the front and the side. When the day of the surgery came in late February, I even stopped them before they took me back just to have her reiterate that “I would still look like myself, and that my nose would not be “scooped out.”” Dr. Eisler proceeded to put her hand on my arm, as if she was comforting me and told me “not to worry” that “I was in good hands.” UH HUH… REAL GOOD HANDS!! (that’s sarcasm if you can’t tell). Fast forward four months, and there’s zero swelling in my nose now. I now have what is known as the Saddleback nose & will need more plastic surgery to correct this. The nose isn’t a “train wreck” but it’s def not good!!

Ruined my nose
This surgeon ruined my nose and left me with more complications than I started with. I’m so regretful of trusting her with my face. I now have the shell out almost 30K for a revision rhinoplasty due to her errors. She was also one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever met, completely gaslit me when I brought up my issues. Lastly, I now have a nostril that collapses when I breathe in. This is a surgeon error, but when I brought it up she just acted like it was normal! Found out another person I know who went to her also has a nostril that collapses after their surgery with her.

Disappointed
I have had two surgeries to correct a deviated septum - and now I cannot breathe through my nose. I am having a third surgery to correct the mess she made outside the Geisinger system.

Dr. Eisler is one of the most professional doctors I have ever received care from. Her knowledge and bedside manner is beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend her for any ENT/plastic surgery.
