Worst experience ever
Went for an annual physical, many other physicians I tried first had no openings for months, but she had openings within a few weeks. Now I know why. Curt, uninterested. When speaking about concerns she cut me off numerous times, with dismissive attitude. I've never had a physical in which I had to remind a doctor to check things. The normal listen to your heart, breathing, checking lymph nodes was sped through. The say ahh, throat check was literally a second. No reflexes check, no follow my flashlight eye check. The nurse who took my height, weight, temperature and blood pressure spent more time with me. I'm in my 40's, I've had a at least a dozen physicals and I've never had a doctor treat me like an inconvenience.

Kind and Compassionate
This is the 3rd PCP I’ve seen this year and she by far was the most knowledgeable, informed, communicative, kind and compassionate. A great listener, she also does a great job at explaining complicated medical matters in an easy to understand manner. Felt very comfortable with her, in fact my blood pressure even showed my state of relaxation.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DOCTOR THAT LACKED ALL THE ATTRIBUTES THAT MAKE A GOOD DOCTOR! SHE WAS RUDE, ARRIGANT, CALLOUS, UNSYMPETHETIC, DISSPASSIONATE, UNCARING, AND COULD NOT BE MORE UNCONCERNED ABOUT MY CONCERNS. SHE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK!!!!

I've been going to Dr. Ford for approximately 5 years now, and on top of really good waiting room times, she's always been extremely accommodating to my needs and concerns. My last visit with her was particularly excellent. I felt like she went above and beyond for me, and I will definitely continue to see her.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. After finding out my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, during my apt with Dr. Ford, we were discussing how life was overall going and I mentioned my dads situation. She bluntly said “how’s long he have.” It wasn’t what she said, it was how she said it. To be asked that question in the tone it was asked, was just too rude to me. I want a doctor who is not bluntly rude and uncaring. This was 2 years ago and it still angers me that I was asked that.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lindsay Ford for a medicine change. She sat and listened to me and my concerns. She was so very compassionate to me and what I was going through. While she didn't claim to know exactly how I felt she was very sympathetic. She was absolutely wonderful. She did not rush me and I felt I was her only concern at the time. A great quality in a doctor. She adjusted my medication and gave me a hug when the visit ended. I truly felt better when I left.

Unfortunately I can't recommend her either. No personality, not friendly in any way shape or form. The rest of the staff could not be nicer. I've seen her several times over the years as she changed from one clinic to the other and now back where I first saw her. I tolerated her but the last visit, she condemned the combination of meds that all the other primary's have had me on for years, refused to run simple blood work and order a chest x-ray for my upcoming surgery that my surgeon asked for her to order, then she told me I needed a psychiatrist because I take 2 different pills for my anxiety. I could go on but you get the picture.

I have been using E J Hospital & doctors for over 20 years. I chose Dr Lindsay Ford when my primary doctor left the practice. I found her rude and uncaring on my initial visit. Thinking that every one may have a bad day I scheduled another visit for my next check-up. Rude, uncaring rushed annual visit, Read questions off of the computer without even looking at me. Not interested in any thing I had to say. I was shocked never had a physician like this. Dr Ford has no bedside manners. My rating of her is 1, if I knew the ratings would accept a 0, I would rate her a 0.

Our physician in that office left and we had to choose from a list sent to us when he left so we choose her because she was young I was a little apprehensive to have a woman doctor. I’m sorry but I agree with all of the other negative reviews. At first my husband and I thought she was very thorough as she sent us for several tests but I’ve yet to get the results for a stress test she sent me for and then told me to continue a medicine that gave me a bad reaction I’m currently looking for a new physician she gives you the bums rush.

I would not recommend Dr Lindsay Ford. Not very friendly. Lacks beside manner. Her “medical assistant” (not nurse) refused to have my meds refilled. The “medical assistant” told me to go without my meds for two-three weeks. What medical professional tells a patient that. Not to mention they cancelled my appointment and told me that I cancelled it. Was not happy with this office or doctor at all.

I have to agree with the above. I found Dr. Ford not the nicest Dr. I've had before. She took me off a medication and didn't bother letting me know ahead of time. I will be changing physicians as soon as I'm able. Bedside manner lacking, not very warm at all. I miss my other doctor who left the practice. I wasn't there to make friends either, but I expect to be treated with respect.

Dr ford and her staff went out of their way to help fit me in when I was having a bit of an emergency. She’s to the point yet throughly present to listen to my concerns. I found her efficient not short as others have described. I would recommend

The office staff was pleasant and helpful but I found Dr. Ford to be quite curt. She spent the bare minimum amount of time with me and seemed entirely disengaged. Further, she seemed visibly annoyed to answer a clarifying question. If you're looking for a new MD, I'd suggest looking for someone with better people skills.

I would not recommend her. She is not very compassionate. She is rude and she rushed the appointment yet she was in the hall chatting with staff instead of talking to her patients. Then when she came in the office I felt she was belittling and arrogant.

We recently moved to the New Orleans area. I’m absolutely thrilled in locating a physician for myself and spouse. Dr. Ford is straight forward in answering and listening to questions. Her follow up after a test is the best I’ve encountered. There’s little to no wait time. All of the office and Clinical staff are attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Ford

The lack of interest and condescending tone Dr. Ford displayed consistently throughout my visits and time as a patient is uncalled for. I truly felt that Dr. Ford was disconnected and would rather be anywhere than in the office. On one visit, she ordered a test and at conclusion simply opened the door and said “You can go” while walking away. I had to ask for a review of what the test determined. The staff here is not the issue.
