Very compassionate
I went after my Gyn was retired. She listened and sent me for all appropriate tests. I felt comfortable and respected. I know there is a shortage of Doctors so one doesn’t get a lot of time. But I did not feel rushed would recommend highly

Not the provider for me.
I had excellent care at UPMC when I lived in Pittsburgh. I sought out this office, which isn’t very close to my new home, so I could stay under the UPMC umbrella. I stuck it out as long as I could. I have never had to switch doctors in my life but we just did not vibe. I don’t feel like she actually understood or cared about my concerns regarding bc my absent menstrual cycles or pelvic pressure. I also felt like some of the blood work she insisted I get - including blood work I declined but she would not see me until I got - was unnecessary and ridiculous. I still have questions and concerns about my health but I keep getting cancelled appointments and am being pushed to get unnecessary blood work before I can talk to her. I think you’d be better off choosing another provider.

Had her for a fertility consult. Don’t waste your time. She has no clue what she is talking about. It’s dad. She even sent me to UPMC Pittsburgh where I had a zoom meeting -with a board certified fertility specialist. He was so shocked on what Dr. Mastrines course of action or game plan was for me, that he asked about her credentials and pointed out that SHE DOESN’T SPECIALIZE in fertility at all. All and all, if you want the best fertility facility hands down go to Shady Grove. I sadly wasted a year waiting for this pathetic doctor.., then to be shipped off to UPMC Pittsburgh because she isn’t competent in her job — that just isn’t right. I wouldn’t trust her ever again in my care. So beware ladies. I would say this is a HARD PASS.
