While Dr. Norton's practice was located in Columbia, Tennessee, I worked with her over the course of several months during a very difficult time in my life. After visiting with several other behavioral health professionals prior to meeting with Dr. Norton, I had become discouraged that I would ever find the help that I knew I needed. Dr. Norton was the first of these physicians that took the time to gather a comprehensive health history, both mental and physical. I never once felt disrespected, belittled, or rushed. Her focus was entirely on listening to gain an understanding of the how and why of my current state. She asked discerning questions, gave professional and kind feedback, and led me through a successful treatment plan. Today, I'm thankful to share that I am once again happy and healthy in mind, body, and spirit, and have been so for several years now. I credit Dr. Norton with my recovery and return to normal life, and I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you!!!

Fantastic Doctor!

Dr. Lindsay R Norton is truly exceptional in her field. Not only does she prioritize mental health, but she goes above and beyond by offering valuable insights into overall health, demonstrating her genuine concern for her patients' well-being. She embodies a dedication to elevating her patients to a better state, investing the time to comprehensively understand and bridge the connections between mental and physical health.I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Norton's expertise and care, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone I care about. Her compassionate approach and commitment to holistic health have made a profound impact on me in the short time I've been under her care.I believe the world would benefit greatly if more doctors emulated Dr. Norton's approach, taking the time to truly understand and address the interconnected aspects of health. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be under the care of such an exceptional physician. Dr. Norton has truly made a

I was diagnosed with Bipolar at age 16. I have been cared for by several different Psychiatrists over the past 30 years, and I have found Dr Lindsey Norton to be the best Psychiatrist I have had. She is well educated, compassionate, personable, a great listener, and empathetic to the concerns of her patients.

Dr. Norton and her nurse are amazing: compassionate, skilled, trustworthy! The receptionists lack compassion, professionalism. I was 11 min late (10 is max) due to an earlier doc appointment (computers were down). I live 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY. I asked them to see if Dr. Norton would see me. They DIDN'T tell her I was ONLY 1 MIN OVER! I had to wait 3 hrs 40 min. When I came in, the receptionist was RUDE, SARCASTIC: "Look at you! Coming in early!" I cried! I LOVE Dr. Norton! Will stay bc of her.

Dr. Norton shows a lot of care. She recently moved to a practice where she can do less admin and more patient care and I think that says a lot about her intentions and her character in a big way. She wants to be a doctor, not a bookkeeper and that reflects in the choices she has made for her career. I have been happy with her ability to spot holes in my psych meds and try to fill them in. I'm not easy to medicate and she's doing pretty good. She is pleasant, interested and professional.
