Dr. Welch is insightful, & caring. She listens, asks questions, provides explanations as needed, encourages, & is trustworthy. I was blessed to have her for a few years as my primary care physician. Dr. Welch is an excellent example of what a physician should be. While searching for a specialist in a different field, her name came to mind today. I appreciate the opportunity to leave her a review that Healthgrades provides. Hers is my first one. (Also, her recommendation of Dr. Ibrahim was spot on. :) )
