Bad. Went there for annual checkup ( insurance will cover)and was charged for new patient office visit( insurance not cover).

If one wants an unprofessional communication, advice along with the barbarous and old fashioned approaches go and see this doctor. I had a very bad experience with this pseudo-professional

I've been with Dr. Chen for more than 15 years. She's very gentle, caring and friendly. She takes the time to *listen* and always asks if I have additional questions or concerns.
