Dr. Linqiu Zhou, MD

I was referred to Dr Zhou in 2017 for sciatica pain from a herniated disc. He gave me a steroid epidural which wound up lasting for 6 years! I recently went back to him for a nerve block to a different nerve related to my herniated disc. Once again I am pain free! Hoping for a long lasting result. Dr Zhou is very patient and kind. He explains everything in great detail and is incredibly talented in his work skills! I highly recommend him for anyone experiencing chronic pain!

Angry old Chinese man, he turned into,his professional skills are in his mind there’s better technology out there:;pharmacology has him beat..; Why should we suffer !!

If you’re reading this review, consider yourself lucky, as you finally stumbled across the doctor who will ACTUALLY help you. I say this, as I have been in search of pain relief from a head and neck injury for three years now, and prior to seeing Dr. Zhou, it was to no avail. I saw a plethora of different “specialists” in that time, and the only thing they all agreed on was that the last doctor I saw didn’t know what they were talking about. They were all quick to prescribe pain meds or cut me open, but none of them could explain why they wanted to take that course of action. Dr. Zhou also agreed that none of the previous doctors knew what they were talking about, but he took the time to explain why. Through doctor Zhou’s plan of action, I am finally seeing an improvement in my pain relief and the time I am able to spend in front of the computer, without a blinding headache. And this all came without narcotics or surgery, as all the previous doctors were pushing. All the previous doctors told me I would just have to pick a new career without the use of a computer, and this just isn’t what a person with 4 computer degrees was willing to accept. Dr. Zhou assured me from the beginning that I would once again return to using a computer without pain, and I am happy to say that I am seeing great improvement, and well on my way to a full recovery. While my condition will never be completely fixed, as the degeneration in my disks is too advanced, I will once again be able to spend time in front of a computer and earn a decent salary, and this is all I ever asked. I was very fortunate to come across Dr. Zhou in my journey, and I hope you too will be so fortunate. You owe it yourself to make an appointment with a doctor of his expertise, so you can finally restore the quality of life you deserve. I’m extremely grateful I did. My deepest thanks to Dr. Zhou and his wonderful staff.

The visit was ok. The follow up regarding medication recommendations was beyond ridiculous. The office staffperson/'manager' was hostile, bullying, abusvie and incapable or unwilling to understand and answer the most basic question regarding how to take Ibuprofen. AWFUL. If you can't deal with the staff, how are you going to get to the dr.?

My wife had given up hope of finding any relief for back pain. We went to Dr. Zhou as a last resort. Right away his manners and attitude made us feel some hope. Dr. Zhou and everyone in his office really care a lot about the patients. He has gone above and beyond to ensure you have as much information as possible. He spent many hours in surgery to ensure a positive outcome. And the after care has been superlative.

I have been seeing Doctor Zhou for at least ten years. Everyone in the office has been very friendly & helpful. Doctor Zhou is very respectful. He listens and explains all options. He has helped me with my back which has been doing well for years. He is now helping with a frozen shoulder which has improved greatly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs pain management.

Dr Zhou is excellent! He identified the problem right away. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did not rush through the process. We would highly recommend him. His staff was pleasant and friendly as well.

Dr Zhou truly cares about his patients. He has helped me through some very difficult procedures including spinal issues and here is no one I would trust more than Dr Zhou. He is a genius in his field and his medical knowledge outstanding. His demeanor is very compassionate. Highly recommend

This man does not care for his patients at all!!!!!!! I’m about 20 to 30 pounds overweight. Instead of talking about my pain every visit it’s, what am I eating???? My last and final visit was Tuesday. He yelled at me in the office in front of everyone. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my entire life

I was referred to him by my back surgeon from Inspiria. I went in and met him and he spent time finding out exactly what was going on. We tried injections and a nerve burn, which lasted for about 8 months. I am now going to have a system installed in my back and is made my medtronics. Dr Zohu spent the time and had me talk to people that already have this in place. He showed me exactly how it works and gave me a CD with additional information on him. I truly trust this man and his main concern is that I have less pain. There is no promise of an instant cure because that is never going to happen. He cares about the people that come to him for help. He can not cure anything that is wrong with me, but he helps and cares that I can get through each day. I think the thing I like most about him is he has a wonderful sense of humor and we can laugh together. Is a wonderful office of people that work there. I look forward to the next journey and hope this helps a lot more.

Dr Zhou is an Excellent doctor with so much knowledge and compassion. He is genuinely concerned with the health and well-being of myself and my husband and has proven time and time again to provide us both with the best treatment! I don’t know where we would be without his expertise in pain management. We highly recommend Dr Zhou for anyone who is dealing with any issues that have not yet responded with any other types of treatment. He’s absolutely the Best there is!

Very grateful to Dr Zhou for relieving my pain with epidural injections. I was very concerned to have this procedure but Dr Zhou thoroughly explained the procedure and put me at ease. I appreciated him showing and explaining my MRI and what needed to be done. The staff are very pleasant.

Can't say more then enough about Dr. Zhou, he is one of the best, awesome doctor I have encountered. My pain level was a 10 when I fist met him, I am know a 0 and getting tronger every day, thanks to him!

I have been a patient of Dr.Zhou going on 2yrs now. Have had surgery from him meaning the stimulating for my RSD and I would never let anyone ever do or talk me out of this. He has been the best Dr. in every matter. Never had seen or been treated like he he does. The best ever!! 5 Star plus. I met Dr. Zhou for the first time when I took my 78 year old father to his appointment on Friday, Dec 15. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Zhou's commitment to my father's well being and health and the goal of being pain free. I've never seen my dad become almost emotional when talking to me about Dr. Zhou before he (the doctor) even came in to the exam room. Dr. Zhou is professional, compassionate, super SMART, and yes, humorous.

I am very happy w Dr. Lunqiu Zhou aka Dr. Sniper... he was only doctor that explained in details what was going on with my lower back. And he also explained what I need to do to strengthen my back is very important to get better. I seen immediately differences in my back after I got the epidural injections that day and I am active again. I also cut back on a lot of my pain medications. I will refer him to anyone.. sincerely a happy patient

This doctor flat out told my husband he "wasn't a man" due to his severe back injuries. How can you say that to a human being who is already suffering from enough physical and mental pain??

Dr. Zhou took the time to understand what was going on with me. He reviewed in depth the results of my MRI and X-rays to make sure I understood what he was looking at and what was likely causing my pain. He even took out his models and explained them in detail so I could relate better. I was very hesitant to have anything injected into my body. Dr. Zhou explained my options and I ultimately chose an injection as well as doing exercises he recommended. I have been pain free for a week!
