Awful! Things have changed the front office. Staff are rude and disrespectful to patients and Dr. Gold does not care how you’re treated phone calls don’t get returned from the PA you get ignored and disrespected as a patient what a way to treat someone who had breast cancer!!!

I absolutely adore Dr Gold. She made me feel more comfortable and less scared about my breast cancer diagnosis. She really made me feel cared about and listened to all of my fears and concerns. She is one of the best doctors that I have had.

Dr. Gold did surgery on my breast for cancer (Close to five years ago). The surgery was at Genesys in Grand Blanc, MI. I did see her for a last check-up at the Troy office. She is the most wonderful doctors I have ever dealt with and is so considerate. I will be in contact with her soon. I am hoping that after I have a mammogram and an ultrasound that if I should be in need of her guidance that I will be able to see her in the area she performs her "magic." The best to her.

I liked Dr Gold and trusted her thru my surgery. Until this happened...... I had to call to get my lab results the office/doctor did not call me. I was told all labs were good. When I was seen at another doctors office I had my labs and all records faxed over. This doctor informed me I had MRSA and it was on the lab results. I was never told by Dr.Golds office. It was 6 weeks after my procedure. I have not trust or faith in Dr.Gold or her office staff.
