Highly do NOT recommend. She was very rough and does not have best bedside manners. She did not take time to talk to the patient and what the patient had to say. Did not even tell the patient what was going on with them. Just gave them a prescription and went on about their day. Very unprofessional.

I had the same experience. I stopped going to this clinic after Dr Schubert retired all because she wouldn't listen to me.

WORST experience ever. I will never see this doctor ever again. She did not answer any of my questions, or explain any conditions to me at all. She was cold, and did nothing to ease my concerns (even after I confided struggling with anxiety to her). She didn't give me the space to ask questions and reacted to me as if I was a nuisance. She literally pushed me to leave my entire childhood practice out of fear of potentially seeing her in the future. Please see literally anyone else rather than her!

If there was a zero star that would be more accurate. This providers license should be revoked. She doesn't care about her patients. As she was walking out the door said "I don't know what is wrong with you!". Completely unprofessional. Only cares about the money not the care of her patients. So many misdiagnosis ending me up in the ER or specialist offices. This office was great before Carillon came along. My family were patients for over 30 years. Sorry to leave but will never set foot inside that office again!!!

My doctor of 34 years prescribed me lexapro for anxiety. Last year I was hit by a drunk driver, had a stillborn baby, and my husband was laid off all in a matter of months. I called to refill my anxiety medication prescription, and was told she had to see me first. I explained the situation, and that on top of that we were now broke and uninsured and she still refused to give me a prescription for a medicine that can't be abused. I was excited about having a WOC as a Dr. But now I will never go.

After seeing this doctor I left feeling as though I was being punished for some unknown reason. I have never experienced a doctor visit like this before. I don't think she wants or likes patients. The other reviews were right on. Combative, her own agenda, negative, doesn't listen to patient. I wouldn't give her another minute of my time!

My first visit with this doctor was my last. It was her way or the highway, and I chose the highway. I was there for a 6 month followup and she had no interest in renewing 2 medications I have been taking for 12 years that were prescribed by her predecessor. I am 61 years old and have had numerous surgeries over the years and had numerous physicians and surgeons. I have never had an experience as negative as this one in any physician's office or a hospital in Virginia. I do not recommend her.

Terrible experience. As someone that works in emergency medicine for a living you’d think she’d listen to my complaints. She said my lung sounds were clear and I had to remind her that she hadn’t listened to them. Said it was allergies and 2 days later I was diagnosed with pneumonia at another office. Terrible doctor.

Worst physician experience of my life! Imagine having to defend yourself as to what the office records show from retiring physician she replaced. Unprofessional in every imaginable way. Study her & will find has been around many offices & doesn’t last. Why Carilion keeps this physician is beyond my comprehension!!

Went to see her for the first time due to my regular doctor not being available. She was very formal, which is not for me, and made no eye contact. When she prescribed medication to treat my asthma, she prescribed the wrong number of pills and blamed the pharmacy for not catching her mistake in listing the wrong number. Not a good first impression. Will not return to her.

What is discussed during appointments is not what she says later. Changed my medication that was helping me and put me on one that did not treat everything that was going on.
