Dr. Lisa Cadwell, MD

Dr Cadwell listens to my concerns and seems eager to help. I have also reached out many times with questions on the online portal, she has been quick to respond or calls me back in a timely manner. She is very kind and easy to talk to. I’m really glad that I got referred to her after my other doctor moved.

Dr Cadwell actually listens. She immediately reviewed my meds and got right to my concerns. She's a rare find among doctors. I even have my husband going to her now. We are grateful that Dr Cadwell is here in Great Falls!

She's a good doctor but too flighty. She's my grandpa's primary and mine too. She never remembers what tests she's said need to be run or what meds she wants to prescribe. I'm constantly having to call her incompetent nurse, Sarah, who can't do anything right. I requested a referral to a specialist the day before Thanksgiving. It's now 8 days until Xmas and I've called the nurse multiple times (5 maybe 6). She said she'd get it sent over but hasn't. Probably because he's not with Benefis. I also had blood work done, which I had to call and remind them to schedule, to test for a specific disease. They finally got me in and called me two days later to tell me I'm allergic to dairy. Uh....I'm 50! I KNOW I'm allergic to dairy. These labs were supposed to be to test for a disease. Cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. Every time I have to RE-visit this office it costs me. Today I dumped her and am looking for a new PCP.

She was so nice, knowledgeable, really listened, and fully explained everything... I think she's an excellent doctor!
