My husband and I were so excited to find a pediatrician that focuses more on a holistic approach, not pushing medications and offers an alternative vaccination schedule. I so badly wanted to love her but my opinion quickly changed. Our first appointment after birth and a 7 day NICU stay, our appointment was very rushed. I was not pleased but thought okay people are allowed to have a bad and busy day- I’ll give her another shot. Second appointment my sons weight was 6oz under where it was “ supposed” to be. She told us to increase calories but gave us no recommendations. 3rd apt as I was signing for my child’s vaccination in his chart ( he’s 3 month old) I noticed she wrote the diagnoses of autism in his chart. When asked about it she fed my husband and I whom both work in the medical field some lame excuse. In summary: she doesn’t pay attention to detail, lacks compassion and is sloppy with documentation. I don’t trust her and would not recommend.

Appointments were very rushed. She did a tongue tie revision for my son but neglected to tell us about the exercises to do after.. we found out weeks later from multiple other sources. She also neglected to tell us to air out our son's navel following a treatment, so the procedure had to be repeated. As a first time mom she took little to no time with me and offered no general information. To get any information at all you have to ask and as a first time Mom you may not know what to ask. She also never took our son's temperature at any appointments.. which I thought was weird. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I just do not trust her to give me all the information when it comes to my son's health. I would not recommend.

We only had 1 in-office visit so far with Dr. Caso, but ever since, she has been there for my family any time I have had a concern or question about my daughter. For example, tonight, my baby wasn't well, and she was reachable immediately, and knew exactly what to do. My little girl is sound asleep. Very appreciative of Dr. Caso-thank you!

My child was a patient of Dr. Caso. She had an extremely cursory visit (intended for a preventative care screening). She was basically told she was healthy but should lose some weight in the future. For some reason, there was then a Urinalysis test prescribed (without our approval) which of course found nothing. Later, we found we were billed for a sickness AND wellness visit which called for an additional Co-Pay, and the unneeded urinalysis. Choose another physician.

My family has been with Dr Caso for several years. At first when I chose her as my first born’s pediatrician, I was so excited to have found a doctor who allows an alternative vaccine schedule or none at all. She also incorporates holistic/alternative treatments. But she is abrupt, dismissive, insensitive and has zero compassion, and makes you feel uncomfortable asking questions. She’ll rush your appointment and do nothing extra unless you ask (if you dare). Many have left her practice.

We chose Dr. Caso for location, small practice, and her alternative vaccine schedule, all great, however, her demeanor is not. She is abrupt, rushes through appointments, doesn't offer any information unless you ask; as a first time mom you may not know what to ask. If you question her further she dismisses your concerns and is very abrupt. She literally yelled at us after we continued to ask questions and voice concerns about an issue with our son. We have left her practice. Do not chose her!

I had had the privilege of having Dr. Caso be our pediatrician for 11 years. She is brilliant and caring. The direction of care she chooses is ALWAYS right. My children thrive under her care. I have recommended many families to her practice and have been thanked by them for doing so.

Dr Caso is a standout among other pediatricians in the area. She is thorough, very straight forward, knowledgeable. Doesn't push meds right away. Easy to get appointments. Her confidence and knowledge puts my mind at ease. If you're looking for an overly friendly, chatty dr then she may not be the right person for you. She is very efficient which is why there is no wait but I never feel like the appointments are rushed. We've been to other pediatricians and she is by far the best.
