Horrible just a disgrace

Dr G and her team is amazing! She is super sweet and kind in speaking to me about anything I need. I am extremely sensitive about myself. Dr G knows what to say and she explained exactly what needed to be done to make me feel better. She has gotten certain health issue I had under control!! I look forward in seeing the front staff with a smile and a welcome. Her MA is the sweetest young lady. Very professional. It is hard to find such a caring and loving Doctor who takes her time to explain and answer any questions. Now I bring my whole family to her practice.

I stopped seeing this doctor because she grew her office to large for personalized service and care. The wait time is very unreliable as well.

Whenever i finally get to see Dr G it is a good experience. The problem is the staff not responding with courtesy or not listening to the 4 messages left trying to make an appointment. I have had medicinal questions regarding a prescription and unable to ask directly to a doctor unless i get nasty or harrass. It is ridiculous to have to text about my health. Two days later and i still do NOT have an appointment.

Dr. G is great... her office staff are terrible. It took me 3 days of phone calls and texts to schedule an annual check-up a month in advance. My medication renewals are regularly ignored or unanswered so I must contact the office to plead for attention.

Love Dr G. She was wonderful in her practice first started in Union Beach. However, sadly, since starting up the Urgent Care business in Hazlet, both quality and customer service have gone downhill. Can’t get a live person on the phone. When booking an appointment, if you have a question, you are out of luck, getting stuck in the revolving quagmire of the phone system. Lab requests, faxes and requests will sit in a basket never addressed in a timely. Patient no more.

My entire family has used Dr. Golding Granado as our primary physician for over 15 years. She is one of the kindest and sincere healthcare providers in the area. We have the utmost confidence in her ability and professionalism. A person or family could not make a better choice to manage their individual healthcare needs!

Great Dr. wonderful office staff, I did my school internship at the Urgent Care, great place to work,she takes the time to listen and not worry about the money aspect of it.

Everytime I have seen Dr. Golding-Granado, she has been extremely welcoming and kind. She has an extremely comforting bedside manner and is extremely intelligent as she is an Ivy League graduate. She always responds to issues and is extremely willing to listen to any questions or concerns a patent has. Overall, she is a phenomenal doctor who has helped my grandmother, mother, sister, and me tremendously with there intellect and care.

The staff is ALWAYS rude and very unprofessional. Can NEVER get an appointment. Dr. Golding-Granado is my primary doctor and the staff always tells me to come in as a walk up patient. And when trying to get a referral for a specialist, the staff rudely tells me that I can't get a referral because I am only a walk up patient, rather than a primary patient. Dr. Golding Granado has been my primary for 6 months and I've been in complete agony, since day one. Going back to my old primary ASAP!!!

Always had a great experience with Dr G until the last couple months. The policy and procedures have changed, can't get an appointment for 3 weeks, staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. Today I watched a patient get turned away for not having his parents with him but his grandmother was there. Payed $40 copay to have nurse practitioner tell me I have migraines meanwhile I have NEVER! She did not examine me. I had to ASK her to check my ears! Pretty disgusted with how this Dr has evolved
