I appreciate the care of Dr. Knor, she is my primary care doctor. She is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Dr. Knor is good at diagnosis as she diagnosed a problem I had 20 years ago and I have the concern under control most of the time.

I have been a patient with Dr. Knor for well over 20 years. The past couple times I have been to see her (twice over 3 years)-- I wasn't impressed. She was scattered and uninterested in pursuing my concerns and the medical decision making was comparable to a Google search from home. I returned several weeks ago for the same issue. I overheard her complaining that I was "late" and, when I tried to address an additional concern, very possibly associated with my reason for visit, she rudely informed me she didn't have time and I would need to make another appointment. Never in 20+ years seeing her has she scolded me like that. Furthermore, the reason I was "late" is because her staff explicitly told me to sit in the waiting room chairs and wait for the nurse to bring me back. After 20 minutes a nurse finally came, snippily informing me I was about to be marked a no-show. Poor communication and dwindling compassion has me looking elsewhere for a provider. Do better.

While she may be a good doctor, she treats her employees poorly. I overheard her speaking to them a couple times and she was utterly disrespectful and horrid. I can't see a doctor and have faith in them if I know that they are awful to their employees.

Dr. Knor was my physician and my family's physician while we lived in Findlay for 12 yrs. She was always kind, informative, and literally saved my hubby's life when she heard "something" and immediately sent him to a cardiologist. Thank you Dr. Knor.

My 89-year-old mother-in-law fractured her pelvis and was hospitalized waiting to go to rehab facility. Dr. Knor came in covering for Dr. Mills and proceeded to throw mom and my wife into a panic by being very unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. I wasn't there, but what I heard made me very angry. Hospital staff confirmed that Knor has that kind of reputation. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate office. There is no place for that kind of treatment, especially with elderly.
