Dr. Kurtz is amazing . My son has a traumatic brain injury and for the past 6 years she is the only doctor we have found that will sit and actually listen to him and try every route she can to treat him with the appropriate medications verses the other doctors that we have seen who have been of no help and he is basically a number to them . I also work for a chiropractors office and if we need further assistance neurologically with our patients I always refer them to her. She cares about her patients!!!

Was already tested (CAT and MRI) when i came to her and was found to have beginning stages of MS. So i went in to get an order from her ("a doctor") to have another MRI to see how far it had advanced. She asked about my symptoms and actually suggested it might be migraines? Huh? Mind you tests had already been performed by the doctors at Southwest General and my own personal MD. "Multiple T2 flair outs in the white matter region"This is basically MS. They seen it on the MRI, seriously? Her office never answers their phones? She doesn't seem to be a serious neurologist. Seems like she does this part time. Find a real neurologist. Hope that helps.

She’s absolutely wonderful. Really took the time to listen to me and what I was going through. Dr Kurtz took notes and asked questions to better provide an easy to understand medical interpretation, based on what I was explaining, relating medically whats going on woth me. Then explained clearly how I can manage my symptoms/situation medically and with personal/behavioral changes.

Best dr I have ever seen. I have fibromyalgia and I was discarded by many “famous” specialists. She cared for my situation and my level of pain, she finally gave me a diagnosis and her treatment is working wonders. I feel like my old self again. She is so sweet and she really cares, you are not a number for her. I cannot be more thankful to her.
