Excellent ophthalmologist, unusable office.
Like Dr. Mansueto, I am an ophthalmologist. Over the course of five phone calls over two days, I attempted to refer a patient for oculoplastic surgery. I was told that after each of those phone calls I would be called back bye her technician and then her personal assistant. I never received a call from anyone. Dr. Mansueto's education and reputation are excellent. Using her as a resource for Oculoplastic surgery is completely impractical. I will have to refer my patient to another Oculoplastic surgeon as a Results of the absurd function of her office.

Dr. Mansueto had previously fixed my hooded eyes, which were starting to be a problem. She offered a further lift at a reasonable cost increase, which I declined. This time, I found a tiny lump at the bottom of an eye orbit, and it proved to be a follicular lymphoma. No one can even manage to see the incision line under the bottom lashes, and the post-radiation scans are looking good a year later. I could not be happier with her and the work she's done on my eyes. Everyone at every level of the practice is absolutely top notch; my glaucoma has been successfully treated there for many years now.

I came in contact with Dr. Mansueto after being diagnosed with a tumor between my eye and brain. Dr. Mansueto immediately ordered a CT Scan to assure that the tumor had not reached the brain as well as affected the bone. Dr. Mansueto told us up front she thought I had Non Hodgkins Lymphoma of the Ocular Orbit but could not be sure till we were able to secure a frozen section and sent it to pathology. Sure enough she was correct and I am now on my way to recovery. If you looked at me you would not know that I had any type of eye surgery. Dr. Mansueto is a genius in every sense of the word. How she was able to open it up, remove the tumor and sew it back up is a miracle. Her bedside manner, her ability to explain everything up front and her ability to forge ahead and schedule the surgery was the best I have ever seen. If you have any type of eye problem, make it a point to see Dr. Lisa Mansueto. She is the BEST of the VERY BEST!

I had an appointment at 10:30amand was told to arrive at 10:15 for paperwork. I walked in the door at 10:10 to be safe. Completed the paperwork in 5 minutes and then waited to be called back until 11am. I politely and calmly asked how much longer I would be waiting in the room for the doctor because I had to go to work. I was told flatly that there were 4 patients ahead of me and there was no guarantee I would see the doctor before 11:30. I left. Don't waste your time with this office.

About 3 years ago I had a face lift done by another surgeon who really botched the job. He took way too much skin from underneath my eyes which kept my eyes from closing altogether and the inner tissue of my eyes were exposed all the time. I literally tape them up all day and night to get any relief. I went to Dr. Mansueto at the recommendation of a friend and after several steps was able to get me looking pretty good and am now leading a normal life. She is the absolute best in the business.

Biopharplasty done on both eyes. She did not take the additional skin from one eye as agreed so one eye droops a little more than the other and skin bunches up in the corner. When I discussed this with her she had me make several trips back, she blamed it on swelling then finally said it should be corrected but she would have to charge me. She also pushed plastic surgery. She was recommended by my eye doc who saw the post work and said she would NOT recommend her again.
