Terrible. I’m now even questioning her usage of the nasal endoscopy. It wasn’t done as I’ve researched. No numbing or anti inflammatory. Barely went into my nose. She did this before even speaking to me about my issues. But she billed for a full procedure. She refused to listen to my symptoms. Cannot offer any medical explanation for my symptoms. The whole thing was just weird.

Best ENT I have been to in many years.
Great doctor! I have been a patient with Dr Molin for about 10 years now. She has been able to diagnose things that many other ENTs could not and has been a godsend as an ENT for me.

Dr. Molin is an excellent surgeon!
I believe Dr. Molin is top in her field, she did surgery on my left sinus and she did an excellent job in opening up my sinus passage, that was full of scar tissue and infection. I have done my part by following through with her post op instructions, which is very important. Also Dr. Molin was very kind. Dr. Molin was highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Lisa Molin you did an excellent job. I believe you are an angel surgeon.

I am sad, need answers.
Telehealth
Challenging best describes my interaction with her. The visit was short and with the least amount of examination. 'Its fine and will take care of its self,..' was the diagnosis. 10 days late my issue became worse so I returned and found the least amount of concern from her. Looking for a new doctor now.

Good visit, pleasant staff.
Had a good visit with Dr. Molin with my sinus issues. Friendly staff and Dr Molin was very personable. Did an endoscope of sinuses and found no pathology. Suggested other possibilities and alternatives. Felt well evaluated and treated.

Do Not Waste Your Time
For an Ear, Nose, Throat Doctor one would have thought she would have looked at my ears, nose, and throat, but she just stood on the other side of the room like a statue, and stared without really saying anything, she touch my throat where I have a swollen gland, said drink more water, and charged over $500 for a single visit.. they did not check my blood pressure, or anything.. sat in the front for a few minutes, then sat in another room for a few minutes, then sat in the room with the statue of a doctor for about five minutes, touched my swollen gland for about 10 to 15 seconds, and that is it.. at 75 I was really hoping for a complete checkup, but got stared at by a stone statue in a mask, and charged over $500 for the privilege (?).. good thing I had VA community care.. they paid a much lower amount to settle the bill, but having to pay any amount for her lack of empathy, care, treatment is ludicrous

Don’t go
She is rude and acts like you’re dumb with your symptoms like your making them up. Looked in my ear for 2 seconds and said I don’tsee anything wrong and I don’t know what to tell you. She doesn’t want to help anyone. My ears have been hurting and pressure and feeling dizzy for2, months. She’s rude , go somewhere else

WARNING!!!
Horrible. Lost my sense of smell six months prior after a bout with Delta. Dr. Molin immediately said there was nothing that could be done, then looked up my nose for 10 seconds and said, "yes, nothing you can do. It probably won't ever come back. Sorry." Whole appt. took maybe one minute. I was disappointed, but fine with her honest feedback. Two weeks later I received a bill for $671. Called their office and after reviewing my file, Sharee called back and said, "Dr. Molin performed a Fiberoptic Endoscopy. You probably wouldn't have even noticed it happened." Is that fair to spend one minute with a patient, tell them there's nothing that can be done, then look up their nose for 10 seconds and bill them $671 for a scope?! I thought it was an error, but Dr. Molin and their office stood by the bill. Working with a patient advocacy group now. Won't pay this bill on principle alone.

Rude and Short
Went to see her and she literally just spent 2 minutes with me. Didn't tell me what she was doing or explain what was going on with me. She's very short, made me felt like I was wasting her time. I would not recommend anyone to go to her - find another ENT who will actually care and treat you like a patient.

Had a septoplasty near the end of 2019 with Dr. Molin, Went in to see if I could do anything to help my nose to breathe better, without considering allergies, cat scan to see my turbinates or anything else that could be wrong with my nose's function. She immediately decided deviated septum surgery would be the best option. Being an 18-year-old and not experienced I trusted her without doing prior research on her and other common problems, felt totally taken advantage of, and also most ent doctors will perform a turbinate reduction with the septoplasty surgery, which she didn't do. Wasted an entire year and a half trying to figure out what else could be wrong with my nose so I decided to go to another ent doctor. On the first visit, the Doctor asked me all the questions that would have made me aware of my situation. Dr. Molin should've done the same as my new ENT, but the worst is that from my new Cat Scan I still have a deviated septum, she didn't fix even that, you have been warned!

If I could leave less than one star I would. My father was seen by her several times over the course nearly a year for a sore throat that wouldnt go away. The first time she said it was allergies, then she said it was probably acid reflux...the final visit she threw up her hands and rudely said “Well (name), I can’t treat what I can’t see” never once having even put a scope down his throat. A week later he went to a different ENT specialist and within 5 minutes that doctor found a large tumor at the base of his tongue and was given a tentative (and soon after confirmed) diagnosis of oral cancer. A year and a half later he passed away from that cancer. What would his outcome have been if this cancer (Which was easily detected by second doctor) had been found earlier.

Why is this quack still allowed to practice medicine? She is clearly burned out - we're talking crispy - and as an experienced nurse, I know the signs. She spent less than 2 minutes with my son - who has had ear pain for 6 months - after we drove all the way from A.G., paid a whopping $50 because she is supposedly a "specialist," and she literally never laid a finger on my son except to check his ears with an otoscope; and I swear I have never seen a physician perform such a cursory exam.

Let me begin to say that Dr. Molin did address my issues. Needless to say that dealing with her office staff was unprofessional and non empathetic . They needed to understand that I am patient and when scheduling surgery and recovery time in accordance with my work protocols and FMLA, they failed to do so. Their lack of attention to detail was pathetic. Three times they failed at filling out paperwork correctly.

Mean, unprofessional, and wrong! Spent 3 of the 4 minutes she spent with us complaining how patients "just waste" her time. Misdiagnosed our daughter - it was strep throat. Failed to read our daughter's chart and recklessly told her to discontinue meds for Chron's Disease. The equally rude assistant shoved a dirty tube into our daughter's nose and poured saline into her sinuses. Sure enough, a few days later, our daughter had a raging sinus infection on top of the strep. Dangerous place.
