Dr. Lisa Montelpasse, MD

Saw Dr Montlepasse for a few years and left because she just didn’t care about my blood test results. She was very uncaring.

After waiting over an hour to see the doctor, I experienced medical gaslighting by both the doctor and her nurse. Both individuals had terrible bedside manner. I explained my pain level was a 13 out of 10 and was told to continue taking over the counter medication although I explained that was not working. I described my symptoms and was very descriptive; however, I was ignored and told my infection and symptoms were mild. Mind you I have been experiencing hearing loss, my entire left side of my face is sensitive touch, post nasal drip, sleepless nights, and more. Total time in the doctors office was roughly 2 hours and overall an disturbing experience. POC, especially women need to receive the same medical care as other races. Our pain tolerance is not higher than any other ethnicity. If I could give her 0 stars I would. Would not recommend her services.

If you want a cold and awkward environment then you found the right doctor. Maybe I went for my checkup during the wrong time? No one acted like they wanted to be there. So uncomfortable and unpleasant. I need to find another primary doctor. The thought of making another checkup for next year is already causing me dread. The office itself, waiting room, etc were very clean.

She's helped me out so much with my cervical spine problems. I was able to obtain orders for MRI's on 2 occasions last minute. Very nice, helpful doctor who cares about your well being. I give her an A++!!

Nothing impressive here. Believe reviews are invented as there are many signs asking for surveys & feedback. Wish they took as much care to deliver medical help than worry of rep! Was asked to arrive 15 minutes early as new patient, to fill out paperwork. Totally expected. Got not even a SINGLE sheet to fill out. Then sat an hour. In search of a primary doc, one would think she would need to know WHAT I suffer from (lots of issues) & arrive at plan (read conditions FIRST) but no. Search ON

Dr. Montelpasse is a very thorough doctor. She listens and answers any questions you might have. She has a very kind heart and truly cares for each and every one of her patients. I would highly recommend her.

My family has been seeing Lisa until recent years due to a change in our medical insurance. I was back on a different I durante and was pleased to see that she was part of my group! She is so kind and caring. I would recommend her to all!

Dr. Montlepasse has been my Dr for over a decade. She treats you like a partner in your treatment, not like a parent telling a child what to do. She is very kind, thorough, and really knowledgeable. She's not dismissive like many doctors can be; she really listens and takes your views into consideration. She is busy, but never makes me feel rushed. I trust her completely. Plus, I really like her as a person!

I switched to Dr. Montelpasse due to a switch in insurance. I was hesitant to do so because I have been going to the same doctor for 10 years. Dr. Montelpasse significantly exceeded my expectations. She was personable, listened to my concerns and had new suggestions to improve my plan of care.
