I finally found her
Of all the gastroenterologists I have had over the years (and that is a lot), Dr. Stevens has captured my trust as well as my well being. My appointments are on time, she spends the time needed and her staff is always 'on it.' We are fortunate to have her and her staff in this area.

I had great experience with Dr Lisa Stevens and I will recommend her to everyone. She is a very polite and respectful. It's very easy to make appointment and office ladies are very organized.

My wife and I have used Dr Stevens for years for endoscopies and colonoscopies. We find her to be extremely capable and highly professional. Besides her medical expertise we appreciate her efficiency and reliability,including her respect for our time. In an era where we routinely wait 1-2 hours beyond our appointment,Dr Stevens never keeps us waiting and makes excellent use of our time with her. We have recommended her to family and friends.

Office staff very short and not helpfull. Unwilling to assist with correcting diagnoses code to insurance company. Dr. failed to explain results of procedure and test results. Had to jump through hoops to finally get codes corrected.

Dr. Lisa Stevens is very thorough and caring doctor . She takes the time to listen to you and explains things very carefully so you understand . I'm glad to have her as my gastrologist I would recommend her to anyone especially my family members . PE Ratliff -Garfield New Jersey

Dr Stevens and her staff made me looking forward to come back for my next colonoscopy. Boyh visits I had were on time, lots of time and focus for Dr Stevens, and not the nurses like other Dr's and personal follow up cal from her on lab results as well.

Dr. Stevens is ok. However, the support staff, one individual in particular who seems to primarily answer the phone is very short, unfriendly, unhelpful and displays no empathy and is irresponsible. An existing patient who calls to say bleeding for 24 hours should probably be told to head to ER. Had no idea how serious my condition could have been. One other time same individual made me feel like I was some sort of drug addict trying to get a refill script.
