I have been a patient of Dr. West for over 16 years. I have endometriosis, she has performed several surgeries. I’m now in menopause & she and her staff are helping me navigate. She is brilliant, very proactive with my care. Her & her staff are amazing. It’s a super busy practice, do appointments go long sometimes- yes. Her care is worth the wait. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Not Good
Very nice lady and nice staff too. Just don't understand what her motive is... putting women, especially young women on weight loss drugs with various side effects including heart palpiltations? I remember the last time I was there for just bloodwork, they pushed her weight loss program. Kind of sickening if you ask me.

I was there for my annual exam. Dr. West has been my DR for over 10 years now and is always very patient with me when answering my questions. She provides great information and her staff has always been very friendly.

Beware
I absolutely do not understand the love Dr. West gets. Maybe I just happened to catch her during a bad time in life but my experience with this office hasn’t been pleasant at all. The pelvic exam and ultrasounds I’ve had were rushed and didn’t seem very professional. Dr. West didn’t take any of my concerns into consideration, instead she pushed her weight loss program. I had to go in THREE times to have labs redone because they were off and instead of sending me somewhere else to get them handled, she kept redoing the labs and had me come in multiple times for the same thing. I’m canceling all further appointments and going to another office.

Dr. West is warm and personable making you comfortable to discuss anything with her. She give you the time and attention you need and truly listens. She is everything you'd want in a doctor except for how poorly the practice is run. The wait times are the worst I have experienced in a private practice, periodically I have gotten a very brusque person on the phone and once bad test results were not convey to me for over a week because they forgot to call. Love the doc, not the practice.
