Dr Ziemnik is so condescending and rushed and disrespectful. Horrible experience for me and my child. Will not go back.

Compassionate
My teenage son has had a few medical set backs in the last couple of years and Dr. Ziemnik saw him for what turned out to be side effects of one of the meds. he's on. He was not in a good place, mentally, as he felt the symptoms were the start of another medical issue that he would have to deal with for the rest of his life. Dr. Ziemnik was everything you would like a caregiver to be; kind, smart, funny, competent and engaging. The night prior to our visit was a sleepless night for our whole family, crawling down rabbit-holes, and it was Dr. Ziemnik's compassion that stood out as she sat, listened and put us at ease with her thorough explanation of his issues. We are so appreciative for health professionals like Dr. Ziemnik who understand they are treating more than the physical symptoms but also the mental toll these issues may bring. If or when we need medical attention, we only hope we have the opportunity to engage with someone of Dr. Ziemnik's caliber.

The courtesy of the staff and excellent treatment of their patients is completely remarkable. No matter how busy they are which is true quite frequently, the staff and doctors will take their time with you as a patient so you do not feel rushed and stressed. Keep up the good work. Mary has helped me tremendously with insurance issues and has went above and beyond for my family. Kudos to you Mary and much appreciated for all your efforts. In gratitude, just a patient :)
