The office staff is not helpful at all. They first pretend to be nice and then show how irritated they are at any special request or concerns. They expect you to be told you need a procedure done and don't ask questions. The procedure needed to be done asap to get diagnosed so I couldn't waste any more time looking for someone need. Same procedure was recommended by another doctor so I knew the procedure was actually needed. Dr. Quinones NEVER once came to see me prior to the procedure. Never on
