Dr Lee strongly recommended biozorb
She pushed me get Biozorb 5 years ago stating that it would help the appearance of the breast as it healed and that it would dissolve but couldn't give me a time frame when biozorb would dissolve. I saw it and said that contraption looks like an infectious foreign body waiting to happen, and no way would that thing dissolve and i refused it. Even after I refused the biozorb, she still included Biozorb in her surgical orders for my lumpectomy. I cancelled the surgery and got a different surgeon at MD Anderson. Biozorb has been recalled. I'm so glad I trusted the Lord after praying to Him with my mom, NOT Dr Lee. The best thing about her is that she prays with her patients but I wish she would show patients more compassion and understanding when they push back or have healthy skepticism and not get offended with people. If she would not take offense at patients and not be mean when they have legitimate concerns, it would make her a better doctor and better human being. Blessings to all!

Thank God I listened to HIM – Feb 16, 2025

Unhappy
I asked questions, she responded with irrelevant answers or dodged completely. I had a bilateral mastectomy and the drains are out and still no clue on how long my chest will feel tight, swelling will vanish, skin care, when I can lift my arms above my head, exercises or anything. I also noticed a lack of consideration and apologies when she was late. Every test she had me take was outsourced elsewhere as I never knew her office had state of the art equipment. She told me radiation is recommended however my oncologist insisted, Dr Lee does not have authority to recommend such. There it is and I am not happy.

After years of breast examinations, I was down founded when I realized that all she wants is to get you in the operating room for her own financial gain. From the start she pushes breast surgery down your throat and shows patients pictures of how attractive her team will make your breast look. In my humble opinion, only the risk of breast cancer doesn't entail removing your breasts. No mention of healthy eating, exercise and habits to prevent breast cancer. She even had her stats wrong, 84% risk at 70, in my case is less than that, so know your numbers. Like I said, the moment I told her I'm not a breast surgery candidate, she swiftly told me that she will no longer offer care to me. So there, as far as I'm concerned, no more putting up with her Jesus call sessions which she deems appropriate. Lady, drop the praying and show you care for your patients' wellbeing over your financial gains. Today was a clear revelation. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, ever!

When I found out I had breadt cancer I was afraid and didn't know what to do. My gynecologist recommended Dr. Lee. I am so grateful she did. Dr. Lee was caring and concerned. She gave me excellent care and advice and always comforted me. She performed a nipple sparing bilateral mastectomy and did a beautiful job. Thanks to Dr. Lee I am cancer free. I will be forever grateful to her and for her.

There is no words to really describe Dr. Lee. She is amazing. I never met a Dr with the faith and care that Dr Lee has. She gave me the peace that I needed one of the most difficult days with out her even knowing that it was a horrible day for me. She takes her time, she explains, she holds your hand. She is an Angel in earth. After my appointment I felt so good after a wonderful prayer. I found out my grandma from PR had cancer and Dr. Lee had been my 100 % support thru the whole thing. I ??
