Dr. Liza Bourne, MD

I’m going to assume that she has moved from San Antonio to Dallas, TX. I just saw her and her attitude about my concerns were not good. She started off with this is the ER and we service trama. Now I was definitely concerned about a possible tumor only because of massive headaches and vision issues in one eye. The nurse comes in to discharge me after all of my test are ran and gives me the results, she told me the doctor stated that she didn’t want to give me the results herself because she has critical patients to tend to, but you’re just walking around the nurse said. This doctor’s bedside manner is terrible, her lack of give a care is terrible. This put a bad taste in my mouth about the hospital in general. Avoid this lady in the hospital or even as a pcp is she is one.

Excellent! Personable. Caring. Thorough. Went above and beyond in the treatment of my mother.

Terrible experience. This physician is elusive and does not know how to interact with patients. She does not know how to prioritize care. Plan on waiting for hours for simple tasks. I would never see this doctor again.

Worst Doctor we've ever encountered. Zero personality, and zero bedside manner. Visit to the ER with hip pain, left with pain meds and WRONG discharge instructions. This doctor belongs in a profession that does not require interaction with people.
