Very communicative and helpful.
I was seen by Dr Byrd at my hospital's ER. I was very impressed with her patience and communication. It was a late shift and I could tell that the Emergency Department was busy that night. Despite being busy and attending to higher priority patients, she explained what was going on and what tests she wanted to run on me. I could tell that she was invested in my health and she followed up with me to ensure my issues were resolved instead of just putting in a note to my primary care physician. I was highly impressed with the treatment and work ethic displayed.
